The slowest bank branch I've ever been to. Even the simplest card issuance can result in a 35-minute wait, since there is only one specialist. The rest are busy with some of their "jobs".
And the ATM is especially pleasing. Unfortunately, the steps have been changed quite recently. But, apparently, the concept of a barrier-free environment does not exist for Belagro, because there is simply no chance of going up to the ATM for a mother with a stroller or a person with disabilities. This is amazing in the modern world.
A typical branch of a state bank. An uncomfortable, small room. It starts work at 10 o'clock, but I would like it earlier. There haven't been many people in the morning lately.
