Today, around 13:45-15:05, I was at the department, took a ticket, waited in line! As a result, I didn't have enough patience!!((I'll explain why!! It feels like the electronic queue was invented for beauty, the bank staff served visitors without coupons!(And an employee in uniform was accepted without waiting in line, although the number of the queue ticket exceeded mine by 10!!
