The other day I wanted to exchange Russian rubles, it turns out that the rubles should be new, since they saw some specks on mine. Question to the bank, have you fallen out of reality, money changes hands every day, by definition they cannot be in perfect condition. You may have forgotten that it is your direct responsibility to accept the money supply from the population, and if somehow the bill is worn out, take it out of circulation, this is your job. And I see you only filling your pockets, maybe you just don't know all the nuances of your job, so why do a job where you don't understand everything that is required of you. For example, tomorrow you will bring a car for repair, and they will tell you that it is old and they will not do it, how is this normal? And last but not least, this is your direct responsibility, because the state has authorized you to engage in currency exchange, and you obviously misunderstood this, currency exchange also implies the exchange of old bills for new ones, due to the fact that this is paper, and it tends to wear off, and you refuse to fulfill your direct duties, thereby giving rise to shadow currency tradersand what is funny in this situation is that they are doing well, and you, having the authority to do this, are having problems
