Almost a year ago (more precisely, on 02/21/24), I ordered 5 varieties of roses from the company (I liked the fact that there were interesting varieties available that were not available in other trusted stores). When I came to pick up the seedlings, 4 out of 5 were in poor condition, I asked for a replacement. They replaced it, and thanks for that. Well, in summer, what is it - out of 5 (!!!) "Not a single hit!! Well, how so! From what grew, I was able to identify one common Peace variety, yes, it's beautiful, but I didn't order it! The rest of the roses are pink and even yellow (I can't stand yellow roses, but I grew it there). I wanted to write a review on their website, but there is no field for entering the text of the review, only laudatory reviews are displayed, which employees probably write to themselves. Apparently, the company does not grow seedlings itself (there is nothing wrong with that), but resells the purchased seedlings from unknown places and from whom, without caring about its reputation (you can blame the suppliers, however, the choice of such suppliers is your responsibility), or about customer satisfaction. Why did I write a review only a year later? Yes, because I have now decided to look for these varieties in other, proven nurseries in order to re-order! So, as a buyer, do I need such a lottery??In general, dear customers, you are risking a lot of money, time and expectations by placing an order in this store.
It's a disgusting website! I made an order two months ago and the seedlings should have arrived by now! I called them, and it turned out they hadn't been working for a month and hadn't even bothered to let me know by email, at least somehow!!! The order in your personal account is displayed under the status that has been accepted!!!Waiting two months in vain!!! No respect for people! I just lost time! The girl was also rude on the phone!!!
I made an order at the Belagromarket. There is a very lively and competent consultant girl on the phone. She explained everything, nothing confused me. I placed an order for 280 bel.rub. There were 12 items in the order. I ordered all the plants more expensive so that there would be two-year-olds. What was the surprise, even amazement, when upon arrival a small box with seedlings was waiting for me, considering that the order included peaches, nectarine, raspberries, gooseberries, almonds, sea buckthorn. The two-year-old peach seedlings looked like this: a stump 15 cm high and about 5-6 cm in diameter, and on the sides thin green twigs - this year's growth. Sea buckthorn and almonds are just stalks 30 cm high. And these are two-year-olds! When asked where the gains from last year were, the seller mumbled something inarticulate on the spot, it seems that she did not understand what she was talking about at all. Such twigs will not become woody until winter and will freeze off at the first frost. She offered to dig a new seedling instead of the existing peaches. I brought a pathetic-looking twig with no lateral roots at all, just a stick. I thought to leave at least raspberries, but she was sick, with twisted shoots. In the end, I gave up everything.
Conclusion: this company is counting on suckers]! They are outright deceiving people! On the same day, I ordered a smaller number of seedlings from another company - they barely placed them in the car, they did not break in. And these are yearlings.
I really do not recommend contacting this office. It will be a pity not even the money, but the time spent. Nothing will grow out of such material.
