I really do not recommend contacting them. We argued one thing with them: 1) fully adaptive 2) open cart website 3) which integrates with our database in 1c As a result, we received: 1) the site is completely non-adaptive 2) installed the ancient version of open cart 3) throws an error when exchanging with our database. In fact, the exchange with 1c does not work at all 4) the site pages load very slowly 5) the site looks very different from the drawn layout that was sent to us For these corrections (which we approved with them at the very beginning), they still require as much as we paid them. As a result, we spat and completely redesigned the site in another (already in a large) company.
