Five stars for the staff. Very nice people. All the hotel staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They speak Turkish and English. Don't expect much from the rooms. The standard room is small. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everyone and everything. This is probably the biggest disadvantage. Room cleaning on request. We had it cleaned every day. The room is clean. The bathroom is clean enough, but it can be better. The beds, mattress, pillows, and bed linen are clean. From bathroom accessories: shampoo, shower gel, body milk, lump soap, soap dispensers (foam), slippers. Towels for two are given out three small and two large. Tea, coffee, kettle.
The location of the hotel is good. The street where the hotel is located is quiet. There are metro and bus stops within a five-minute walk. There are many supermarkets, cafes, canteens, pharmacies around. There is a shopping center and a park nearby.
An ordinary hotel, the rooms in the photo look better than they really are, old bed linen with holes and stains. One of the advantages is the responsive staff.
A normal hotel, I chose from two rooms when checking in, one room had a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom. And so the location is good, the metro is close, of course there are many cafes nearby, you can eat delicious and cheap
In general, <url> does not work in Turkey (it is blocked or something like that). To attach these photos, I had to log in via vpn and take a screenshot. But, if you are not in Turkey, then of course you can book. By the way, repeat my experiment. We choose the dates, the city of Istanbul, and the offer of the Şişli Beijing hotel rolls out the most appetizing. I had a price jump there three days ago from 80 to 13 thousand rubles (three nights, four people, suite!). The reservation is hanging in your personal account, everything is OK. Well... Probably before the Chinese came here in droves, but now the coronavirus, there are no Chinese, the suites are idle. Luck and level booking.com genius (I decided). You enter the hotel, give your last name, and the manager suddenly informs you that your card is not working. We look at the personal account, and there it is. By the way, <url> forbids you to screen the screen (but no one canceled the phone photo with the phone). Question: how many people who dragged themselves here by taxi from the airport, or by a 10-minute march from Taksim Square (which is of course more correct and much cheaper than a taxi), turn around and go look for a new place (it's not difficult, there are always a lot of great options in Istanbul). And how many people, tired of flying, moving, will agree to stay here, but in a worse room, but with a completely adequate price? The answers to the questions are unimportant. The obvious unfair advertising of the hotel on the first line of the booking selection in Istanbul is important, and the dubious competition. I might have thought that this was a joint on my side (something with a card), if a couple from Odessa hadn't come here after 5 minutes, who were immediately stunned by such a rant.
Well, I wrote a letter under the armor in the booking office, in Russian.. Well, we'll see, but so far nothing in response.
It does not pull at 4 stars. The staff smokes during business hours near the lobby bar. The shower stall smells damp and musty. View of the neighboring building. There is also a fire escape near the window, which will not be difficult to climb into your room from other other floors. Among the advantages: affordable price, good location
Disgusting service. We took 40 euros for breakfast for 8 days, in fact I received only three breakfasts. The reception managers stubbornly ignored my request for breakfast. And this is not surprising, because only one of them speaks English
