We walked with a girl for the first time in Soligorsk. We decided to have lunch at some institution, having a beer along the way. We chose from all the establishments marked bar / pub / cafe, we stopped at this institution because of the interesting name. Finding a place evokes associations with some kind of sausage or shawarma, but only when you go inside, you get to a place of the level of good restaurants. Great interior, great lighting, nice colors. I don't know exactly how the prices for Soligorsk are, maybe a little above average, but the portions are large and delicious. We took two different brunches with the girl, we were full and satisfied. The beer list is gorgeous, an interactive board, thanks to which you can try all the varieties offered. Prices range from 0.7kopecks 100ml for Belarusian producers to 2p 100ml for English ale. Separate applause for the male waiter: he charged up the mood and contributed to the desire to return to this institution once again.

We came from Minsk to visit relatives. We were told about this place. As a result, we were very satisfied, from the food to the design of the room. Everything is very well thought out and not every institution in Minsk can please with such a service!
Beautiful design, very pleasant and polite waiter. The food is delicious, we ordered a rib eye steak(I will immediately note that with the roasting level we got to 100%) the meat was very juicy, the grilled vegetables by the way are also delicious! We also ordered a burger with jalapeno peppers, I don't remember the exact name. Very decent. Juicy, big and appetizing, photo attached. The children were ordered milkshakes, French fries and nuggets. The milkshake is great, with syrup and not cold! Regular nuggets))
Separately, I want to note the serving of dishes: everything is served in beautiful dishes, which made my personal aesthete get high!
According to the photo with the burger, there were more potatoes, they couldn't resist and ate, then they came to their senses that they needed to take a picture😂
