A cozy place to meet with friends. You can choose a place in the hall with comfortable sofas or go down to the karaoke room where you can sing and dance or choose a place on the outdoor veranda with warm lanterns.
Have a great time in conversation over a delicious velvety beer, I note local beer, beer that is lovingly prepared at the Samarkand beer factory. the factory is located a few meters from BEER TIME.

We were there only once, we believed the reviews. They brought burnt alcohol, the wine smelled of outright homemade, they couldn't even drink. A friend drank 2 cocktails and then was ill for 3 days. Despite the fact that the karaoke staff, the waiter, seem to be normal, polite, the whole impression is spoiled by this fact. I don't want to go there and get poisoned for my own money.

The bar is normal, but if you start spending the evening and at some point in time you want to move your body from the bar to the basement for karaoke, you will need to pay in full and make a deposit to attend karaoke. I suggest that the owners combine the amount that the guests have already spent in the karaoke bar, and not bother with deposits.

The establishment is located on the so-called "drunken street" in the city of Samarkand. There are many establishments of the main drinking establishments. Among the majority of which I was in BirTime, perhaps some of the cheapest prices, cool kebabs, sausages and beer. The only point is that 0.5 beer is indicated in the receipt and about 300-350 ml are factored in there. The establishment is divided into 2 halls with 2 separate entrances where the right side is a typical restaurant area. The left entrance to the backyard. The common room has a great national atmosphere, but the back yard is very shabby, the tables and chairs are probably echoes of the old institution, because it was recently renovated and all the junk was thrown into the backyard where sofas of different colors and sizes and generally so-so. But a check for 2-3 can come out no more than 200 thousand sums, it's super cool. After all, in Samarkand there is a trick not to give the guest a menu and, in fact, write prices depending on the level of the guest, it is completely wrong there, most likely you will not be deceived. And even with my knowledge of Uzbek, I was cheated in some establishments along the same street. My expectations from catering establishments are always underestimated, since I traveled almost all of Uzbekistan by car and continue to do so, the rating of this institution is solid 3.5, but I put 4 because I was just comfortable there and the waiters did their job very reactively, and in general nothing bothered me. I had a quiet, peaceful, delicious dinner, and had lunch a couple of times. The price quality ratio is 4 out of 5. In general, a solid 3.5 with an application for 4.
