We really love German restaurants, so we decided to visit this place. They meet you at the counter downstairs, but no one greets you, zero attention! We went up to the 2nd floor ourselves, walked around, chose the tables ourselves, none of the staff came up! We sat down where we decided , we are waiting , after 5 minutes the waiter came up asking if we are ready to place an order) Come on kamon, guys! What an attitude! We made an online order at the restaurant, we sorted out the ingredients of the dishes ourselves. THE WAITERS AND THE ADMINISTRATION ARE EXTREMELY UNINTERESTED IN HELPING THE GUEST! We did it ourselves, we sat down, we study the menu ourselves, we make the order ourselves! AS A RESULT: THERE IS A 10% TIP IN THE RECEIPT, NO INTEREST IN THE GUEST.
