Polite and competent managers. They are trying to solve the consumer's problem. I always leave the office in a good mood. The office is clean, cozy, there is no queue, the manager meets at the entrance, finds out the reason for the request and suggests ways to solve the problem. Advantages convenient location and better service than on Lermontov street. The cons are, of course, the connection itself, sometimes it just doesn't exist at all. The quality of communication and Internet is very poor.
