There was an explanation about this price: we immediately have a Bright tariff (and not the cheapest, if I'm not mistaken, 3rd in a row), all SIM cards have already been purchased with this tariff and nothing else. To my request that I do not need such a tariff, but a simple one is needed, the consultant offered to reconnect in a month, or contact another place. That's the kind of service and customer focus… After visiting this place, I was left with the impression that they tried to deceive me.
P.S. As a result, the Beeline simcard was bought elsewhere, without any imposition. With the "simple" tariff, as it was necessary.
