Promising intern Olzhas did not bother to come to the terminal at my request and show me how to use it. His resourcefulness was only enough to "transfer" an inconvenient client to another manager. Who, in turn, successfully consulted on the tariff plan. Such arrogant "experts" of the Constitution of Kazakhstan can meet in the service sector of Astana. I won't wish it on anyone.

I can't say anything particularly bad or good about the beeline connection. Sometimes it is surprising that it exists where all others are silent. I've been with the operator for more than 20 years, but now I'm thoroughly upset. The bottom line: my mother was forcibly transferred to a tariff with a subscription fee of 50 rubles per month. There was an archive tariff, in which there was no subscription fee, and when calling Beeline numbers, 5 rubles were debited and you could talk for 200 minutes a day. On 06/20/2023, an SMS came that .. you have been transferred to a tariff (funny name), where for 50 rubles per month you are generously given 0.5 GB of Internet, 50 SMS and 35 minutes of calls to any numbers. From the world by a thread - beeline shirt. 50 rubles is not a pity. It is a pity that the operator behaves completely ugly (the mildest word) and has no concept of business ethics in principle.
