Beeline's office in Zhanaozen was pleasantly surprised. Modern, clean, everything is decorated stylishly and comfortably. There were almost no queues, the staff was polite, they helped to quickly connect the necessary tariff and explained everything clearly. I especially liked that you can do everything without unnecessary paperwork — it's convenient. The connection is generally stable and the Internet is fast. But sometimes there are interruptions, especially during rush hour, and it's a bit annoying. I also didn't like that they were imposing some services that I hadn't ordered, and I took one star off for that.
