In principle, everything is fine. There is even a separate employee who accepts subscribers' STATUS. Sometimes queues are created. Two regular operators and one on the STATUS. There is an electronic queue that visitors try not to use.
The most qualified service is always clear with the queue, the location is along the road + above the subway, which allows you to solve the necessary tasks with a SIM card on the way.
And Beeline himself, he became like a native to me)) I can't imagine myself with another company's number🙃
Pay attention: there are 2 Beeline signs. The first one, which is closer to the stop, is some kind of ***, where incompetent staff sits and where a SIM card is not issued without registration and where the tariffs are strange. The other one is literally 10 meters to the left - a normal Beeline office, where everything is processed normally. Do not mix it up, otherwise you will lose time! The photo shows a normal office.
Good, polite, adequate staff and always ready to help. This is my opinion. How many times have I contacted them, they always helped. I hope they helped everyone so much.
