Very cozy studio. I originally came to aero yoga, but I also got into aero stretching. I was thrilled. It is difficult to determine the exact direction. Each coach is different in his own way and makes his own contribution to the training. I managed to be in training with three different coaches. The training is quite effective. With my request for flexibility and improved stretching, it fits perfectly. Very convenient location in the center. So far, I only go once a week. But I plan to increase the number.

A gorgeous studio!!! I really liked the atmosphere, everyone is so kind and friendly🥹 It was my way out of my comfort zone, as I am very afraid of heights, but thanks to this studio and trainers, the fear has not completely disappeared, but I feel comfortable hanging upside down. 😁 I made sure everything was properly attached. Great studio, cozy, bright, with excellent location. The coaches are professionals in their field, they really like training. They are attentive to everyone, even when the group is fully loaded. I especially like Lisa's and Sandra's workouts)

I've been going to the studio recently! The direction of Hatha Yoga Teacher Daria I'm just flying to her yoga class!!! Flexibility, blocks in the body are gone, pain. Stretching, strength, flexibility - gently, delicately, balanced! The mood is great, the energy inside is inspiring, and the activity is all day long!!! Meditation in a hammock is a separate fairy tale!!! Teacher Anna) There are different directions in the studio, from the active dynamics of stretching and Pilates to the inner silence at the moment of immersion in meditative yoga. Try yoga in a hammock))) The atmosphere and instructors are excellent! They are taught by amazing girls! The best!!! The studio is beautiful and pleasant to be in! I learned about this studio from a friend. I had a desire to gain flexibility and a healthy body, but also to release the burden of emotional stress. That's why I decided to take a trial course in aerostretching. The studio is spacious and bright with a beautiful panoramic window. The convenient location has become another pleasant bonus. And now, after two months of classes, I can say with confidence that the time, effort and means are fully justified. My coach is Lisa. This is a person who knows the value of results, and not just mechanically conducts training. With her, every lesson is a step towards perfection.

Bee Happy Studio is a place where dreams of a flexible and healthy body become reality 🥹 I've been doing hammock stretching with Lisa's amazing trainer for 2 months now. The results exceeded all expectations, I practically sat on the splits and my back no longer falls off at the end of the working day)) Lisa is a real professional. Her approach perfectly combines efficiency and caring for all clients. She monitors the technique, supports and gently motivates each lesson, even when the exercises seem difficult. A separate advantage of the studio is the convenience of everything: - Location in the center of Minsk. The studio is not far from my office, and it's a pleasure to stop by for a workout after work. - The schedule is busy, from morning to evening. There are 9 destinations to choose from, so even with a busy schedule, you can find a suitable format. - The atmosphere. Cozy lounge, clean hammocks, pleasant music. You feel that everything is thought out here for the comfort of customers. If you are looking not just to "practice", but to get results with joy - you are here! A wonderful studio for the atmosphere, coaches, quality and reliability of hammocks, location. Sturdy hammocks made of non-stretchy fabric, which does not create dangerous and scary moments when you are upside down.
