Very cozy studio. I originally came to aero yoga, but I also got into aero stretching. I was thrilled. It is difficult to determine the exact direction. Each coach is different in his own way and makes his own contribution to the training. I managed to be in training with three different coaches. The training is quite effective. With my request for flexibility and improved stretching, it fits perfectly. Very convenient location in the center. So far, I only go once a week. But I plan to increase the number.

A gorgeous studio!!! I really liked the atmosphere, everyone is so kind and friendly🥹 It was my way out of my comfort zone, as I am very afraid of heights, but thanks to this studio and trainers, the fear has not completely disappeared, but I feel comfortable hanging upside down. 😁 I made sure everything was properly attached.
