Booking Fiasco and Communication Disaster!
It was a place I had come to before and loved, but this last experience of mine was literally a disaster. I made a reservation for my birthday days in advance. The venue texted me to confirm the booking, so I confirmed it. But when I came to the door, they told me that my reservation did not appear in the system. How can a business that can't handle the reservation business exist in the service sector?
Moreover, the two 'men' they put on the door are a complete disaster. Aside from communicating, they don't even have basic speech skills, let alone healthy communication. Their communication skills are zero, they have no problems creating solutions, they are even incapable of understanding events. You are causing people disgrace by putting people who don't know how to talk to the customer, who don't have any competencies there. The venue management obviously doesn't care much about working with people who know their job.
Ruining a special day, giving people such an uninteresting and clumsy experience is something that only a business that doesn't really know business can do.
Fortunately, there are many places in Istanbul that do their job well.
