I want to leave a review about my first and last visit to this place!
I signed up for a manicure with a long-term coating. The master was friendly, as was the administrator, they offered tea, but this did not fix the situation - the manicure leaves much to be desired..
After a couple of days, he already looks like he is a couple of weeks old! In places, cuts, cuts, cuticles in small burrs are visible, the shape on some fingers is "walking", which is why I had to fix everything at home on my own, the color under the cuticle is poorly summed up. About the tool and equipment in general, a separate conversation: the cutters are blunt, in fact, like scissors (you can see that they fell, or maybe more than once?), the jars are dirty, the files are reusable, they show that they have been used for months, the tool also most likely did not undergo sterilization.
And all this despite the fact that the salon is not cheap! I don't mind giving money for a good manicure, but in this place it's not worth the money, and I'm just scared for my health!

Делала в данном салоне маникюр. Доброжелательный персонал, но достаточно не компетентный. Сюда видимо ходят только свои для тусовки и в новых клиентах не заинтересованы. За красивым интерьером скрывается отсутствие стерилизации или ее имитации. Пакеты для инструментов лежали на столе, но фрезы и пилка были многоразовыми, при мне ничего не открывалось. Не качественные инструменты, тупые фрезы. На следующий день все пальцы в заусенцах. Научите администратору продажам! Когда я стала расспрашивать про другие услуги, то все расплылись. Шушуканье мастера и администратора при клиенте точно не позволительно.

Попала по случайности, быстро организовали дополнительного мастера для стрижки, шикарно оформили брови, подкрутили ресницы! Обстановка очень приятная и дружелюбная. Спасибо большое за профессионализм. Отдельное примечание - кофе, бесподобный вкус 💕
