I signed up for a manicure and pedicure, they did it poorly, the heels were not treated, but just seemed to be stroked with an apparatus. When I asked to finish processing the heels, the senior master told me: yes, please, we will now process the pink heels, but then the heels will crack again under your weight. Apparently, this is their limit of experience and politeness. When I asked her to treat her hands normally, she just rolled her eyes. I had to go to another studio, I just wasted my money and time
