I will share my impression of this place. The salon itself is basically normal, well located. I give 1 star only to the receptionist for her politeness. In my opinion, she did everything in her power to smooth over the situation. That's where the advantages end. She was booked for bikini waxing. According to the master, her "work experience is 10 years" but it was just the worst epilation in my life. The wax did not set, but they tore it very unprofessionally and in huge chunks. To which the master apologized and said that it was a new wax and it turned out that way. But then I have a big question, is it OK to take new untested material and test it on clients? I think absolutely not. At home, I found that everything after this "miracle epilation" is red and inflamed, I have been doing hair removal for many years, and I know for sure that this should not happen. Thank you to the administrator for the discount and for saying that she would bring the situation to the management, but I will never come here again.

I was dissatisfied with visiting this salon.
They dyed their hair with something incomprehensible, my head itched all night, as a result, the paint was washed off after 2 days, and for the first time I see that the master, before applying the paint to the hair, completely soaked them with water.
Haircut is generally a separate conversation, it was just necessary to trim the tips, in the end they did it is unclear what, crookedly askew.
I don't understand why the master thinks that if the comb fell to the floor, then picking it up and continuing to comb my hair is normal, some kind of pig attitude, to be honest.
While drying the head, the scalp and ears were burned.
In general, I advise the management to review the qualifications of the masters, and not ruin their business 🥲
The very next day, I went to another salon to fix everything. I paid the same price as in this one, but I felt really relaxed there. The interior, the craftsmen, the service, the products that they use are top.
And what is going on in your salon is not clear 🤷🏻♀️

It 's a disgusting place .. The manicure in the photo is 11 days old. I signed up for the second time, where they refused to record me, since the master has the next record in 2 hours. And I won't have time to make a French jacket. Before recording, I sent the photo I want, in fact I was told there were no such stickers)
