As it turned out, the store was closed, the phone was called several times (indicated on the door and on the website), the call is reset. We waited for some more time, well, suddenly the employee had a break, but then we lost patience and wrote to the telegram. It turns out that the store closed earlier than the specified time today for technical reasons. It is clear that the end of the working week is Friday, the last hour, but why reset the phone and why there was no message/warning on the door that they closed early today, this would solve all the problems. There are still questions, and if we didn't write in the telegram, then we would have stood by the door and waited for an hour. When asked why the store was closed, they replied that "we ask you to place orders in order to warn you if anything happens." And in the case of an order that has not been placed, the phone is reset and waiting for it is unclear what.
