I have been visiting this salon for more than 6 years, everything has always been great! But lately I've been having a lot of bad luck with manicurists. I signed up for a top master (in my understanding, this master should perform manicures of any complexity). I wanted to make a marble design, to which she replied, "I don't do any designs at all" (it was at Kirova, 20), but okay, I signed up for October Ave., master Karina was probably doing a manicure for the first time: my hands were shaking, everything was falling out of my hands, I was sawing crookedly, trying to straighten it out, in the end I sawed off somehow, just because it was already painful, and I asked not to saw anything anymore; she persuaded me to strengthen! (in principle, my nails are not brittle, so I have not done it before). I decided on a manicure in advance, I wanted a design, but she also replied to me, "I don't do any designs at all," okay, I chose stickers, decided on a color! Then she began to apply reinforcement to me, after she had covered all the nails, she decided to find out where the stickers would be and what the background would be, my answer did not suit her, because I wanted a milk base under the stickers, as it turned out, the base was not applied to the reinforcement, I did not know that, what she told me I freaked out and said, "why didn't you say that before?" this is the first time I've ever encountered such a thing, to be honest, because all the masters used to clarify all the information! I really wanted to get up and leave. As a result, I was left with uneven nails, a spoiled mood, having lost 2 hours at the same time, and yes, a week has passed, all the stickers have come off, 1 nail is covered unevenly, with some kind of wave, I am very disappointed, for which 50p was paid, I do not understand.

I visit the salon on October Avenue regularly, I like everything very much, even very much, the attention and sincerity of the team are especially attracted. I would like to express special gratitude to the hairdresser Tasia, who always gives a radiant smile and a wonderful result of professional skill! I would also like to mention the pedicure master Lisa - carefully, scrupulously, very carefully and with pleasure - these are all the qualities that a master applies to do his job - a huge plus for the master in her piggy bank! And of course, I can't pass by and not ignore the manicure master - Vic - firmness of the hand, concentration, clarity, confidence, speed in service - these are all qualities about the work of the master. Girls, you are super! No wonder people say that any company is made by its employees, and the prosperity of the company itself is their hard work, politeness and courtesy! Bravo to the salon management for creating such a wonderful team. I wish you prosperity for many more summers to please visitors with your warmth and professional work! I visited this salon twice and realized that it would cost me a lot to repair my nails after it. The first time I didn't get a reinforcement, my nails cracked. The gel polish was applied by the master without even warning that the bottom layer would be visible. Although, I think it would be right to remove the previous well. My second visit was even worse. The reinforcement was done, but after a week and a half, the nails cracked so much that on New Year's Eve I was left without two nails, broken off for meat. Only three nails remained on two of his hands, the rest were either slightly cracked or half-cracked. The horror is simple, not the materials. And after the first visit, there was a very strong detachment. I never advise anyone to visit these salons.Thanks for ruining the New Year.
