The quality of the master's work does not raise any questions. Some offer additional services besides haircuts as a compliment. That's all good.
The last time came at the recorded time, but on an empty Saturday afternoon, we were able to receive 15 minutes later, there was another visitor. If they had warned me, I would not have been in a hurry. I refused the services, I would have to postpone other issues.
And marketing is generally at zero. I found on their Instagram that every tenth haircut is 1 ruble, okay, I got a haircut there more than 20 times, asked a question about how it works. It turns out that I have to get a map where they will put stamps like in a coffee shop, but they never offered it to me, the fact that I did not know it was not their problem. There is still a feeling of positive discrimination — you pay, you pay further. As a matter of principle, I will not participate in this promotional bullshit. For the owner: either do your advertising games normally, write when they started, the conditions or do not do it at all. I will not delete the review, I am not extorting a "promotional" haircut.
Loyalty to regular customers is about 0, the organization of the process has apparently become worse. There are good craftsmen, but you will have to look for an alternative.

I absolutely did not like the way my son's hair was cut. It feels like they don't know how to do it at all. Perhaps an incompetent master got caught. Once I tried to cut a child's hair with a typewriter myself, I did the same. No transitions, just cut off the top of the head. I'm shocked. I noticed it only in the morning. In a barbershop for 20 rubles, it was cut much better (photo with a spider web). And what was done with the hair here, you can't even call it a haircut. In general, the horror is complete!
