He was a very bright and smiling guy, he told me everything and prompted me, helped me with the choice of alcoholic beverages. The prices absolutely do not correspond to the quality of the dishes. We ordered two main ones — pasta and quesadilla — dessert and two drinks. Everything was disappointing. Pasta for 36 rubles is just funny, a couple of pieces of frozen salmon, practically without salt; vegetarian quesadilla is a joke to the chickens: the declared soy minced meat inside is just some kind of porridge with spices. Drinks are overprice, but even in a network match they will cook better. I did not expect that a place with such a location, in the city center, and even with a stylish interior, would fail so much in terms of taste sensations. I don't recommend it.

Every time we were in Minsk, we were happy to visit this institution.
Last visit on 12/13/2023, evening.
First of all, about the good things: high-quality freshly squeezed juice; good-quality pizza, pleasant creamy beer.
Pumpkin soup is edible, but differs from previous tastings in an unfavorable way.
Now about the unpleasant:
Tuna tartare is both externally and tastes like fish "on the verge ". There was no declared truffle sauce at all. Against this background, the good quality of the dough cone, where it is all packed, is no longer interesting.
Halibut with tiger milk sauce on a pillow of mashed green peas also turned out to be fish of questionable quality and taste (either frozen several times-thawed or reheated a couple of times), tiger milk turned out to be a mixture of lemon juice and soy sauce (according to the waiter, the cook confirmed that it was not tiger milk, just that's what they called...!) it tasted sharp (on the other hand, maybe because of this, the fish did not taste so much rust). The mashed peas turned out to be potato…
Even if all this was served in the dining room for "two kopecks ", the review would be the same.
Unfortunately, so ...
P.S. There is a good thing in all this: you no longer need to spend money on the Hilton hotel to be able to run here once again.

I have been visiting this cafe for a very long time, as I love delicious coffee and often visit this direction. The drinks and food are quite delicious. I like that the cafe is developing, changing and updating the menu. The staff is always excellent, smiling, communicating, which is nice.

I came in for a snack. There aren't many people in the place, and I just don't like crowds. I took okroshka, I expected it with kvass, but it turned out to be kvass + kefir, but I liked it. I took the tongue with mashed potatoes and fried onions for the hot meal. It's also very tasty. Well, Rafe didn't let the coffee down. The dishes were brought quickly, so my score is 5!

You can only drink coffee. The food is not delicious, we came to have lunch. The poached egg in the salad is overcooked, the bread is cold and tasteless. The refrigerator is one beetroot, kefir and vinegar, potatoes were served cold and stale to the soup. Draniki are normal, with sausage for three, fried eggs. The price-quality does not match at all!

I waited almost an hour for the order instead of the promised 25 minutes. From the tiny menu, I chose at least something without bacon and other lard. The result is a fat-drowning beetle. There's a mountain of bacon in the sauce. Bacon is added to chicken sausages. All this is not listed in the menu either on the website or in the institution itself.
I ate two tasteless pancakes with more butter than potatoes and a fried egg for 25 rubles. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.
Of course, the dish was not removed from the receipt.

I've had lunch here 4 times. The service is of the highest level, the waiter Alexander especially surprised with professional tips on dishes. I liked everything very much, the dishes are incredibly delicious, a cozy summer terrace separates from the noisy center, it is very atmospheric, at the time of the visit it seemed that I was in Paris. You have to wait for the menu for 20 minutes, take the order, it turns out that something is missing or not heard, despite the fact that the wait can be up to 40 minutes. The first 2 times I thought I was just unlucky, but the third time it seems to be a trend. Although if you take the takeaway +/- everything is fine
