Excellent location, near the best municipal Kite beach - 10-15 minutes on foot and in a couple of minutes another compact, clean ascetic beach, though without entertainment. The hotel is located on a street where several bus routes run at once, it is very convenient - you can get to the Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, Deira City Center, etc. The service is normal, quite attentive, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. Everything is clean and tidy. The weakest side of the hotel is the food, the breakfasts are as insignificant as possible, when booking, do not buy breakfast options and especially breakfast + dinner, money is wasted!

A great hotel located just three minutes walk from the public beach. It is located on a long boardwalk, ideal for walking along the sea, running or cycling. The hotel is compact, with only three floors. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. Due to its convenient location, it is convenient to get from the hotel both to the city center and to the Marina area. I recommend it to those who need a good beach and a convenient location in relation to the main attractions. The hotel's service is also highly appreciated.
