Great area, beaches on both sides. On one side there is a view of the Palm Jumeirah, on the other - of the city and the Marina. One disadvantage is that the nearest grocery store is a 20-minute walk away. There is a shop, but it is open until 10 pm.

A favorite place to stay, there is no flow of tourists and silence plus order. You only need to go to the Marina for groceries , but the delivery works 24/7.
