Minuses: A very small area of the beach and water (fenced with a pier), sun loungers are stuck so close that it is difficult to walk between them, the water is cloudy and warms up badly, the bottom is rocky in places (it hurts to step on), it becomes deep very quickly (it does not suit small children), the paddling pool is very tiny, and most importantly, garbage is not very cleaned from the beach good (for a paid beach, it's just weird). Result: On a hot weekday, it's quite cool, but on weekends it's better not to meddle...
