Excellent beach (manicured lawn), two smooth approaches to the river. The current is strong enough. The sandy bottom is visible at any depth (it seems there was no deeper than 1.80), there are a lot of fish. The water in the river is the purest, because the springs are beating nearby, but therefore it is colder than higher up the river. Large parking lot nearby. There is a lot of space to camp with tents. The small wooden house in the photo is a toilet. Clean enough.
It is clear that they tried to somehow refine the place of rest of the townspeople, but for some reason everything is done with wild bad taste. And in the city itself, and in its surroundings, and on the beach, it seems that a self-taught designer who appointed himself to this position was in command. Why paint everything in green-yellow-blue-red colors, and applying them at once, next to where it is necessary and not necessary? Why paint boulders with this game? All over the world they try to preserve their natural beauty, but here there is some way of understanding the beautiful. It all looks pretty shabby. I think that there are architects and artists in the city who could give this ancient city their own style, charm and you don't need to spend a lot of money on it (sometimes it's more useful not to do than to do), but for some reason, it seems to me that their services are not in demand. Sadly.
