The hotel is very beautiful and pleasant, we were given a sea view room, although we booked for the forest, apparently there were rooms available) overall a pleasant impression. The only thing was the weather. There was a storm and the beach and pool were closed in strong winds.
In the establishments of the hotel, prices are much higher than outside, breakfasts were included, more emphasis on Korean cuisine, as in general and throughout Ponglao
The company of 6 adults and 4 children visited this hotel in late November and early December. Unlike South Palm Beach and the Waves, there is no sand at the entrance, it is better not to go without coral boots, there are a lot of hedgehogs. But a huge plus is the pontoon pier, from which you can dive and swim with a mask. A little further from the buoys there is a reef where you can see the fascinating sea abyss). There is a wide variety of dishes on the breakfast buffet: chicken, fish, seafood soups and wok. The staff is friendly and English-speaking. The rooms are clean. There are sun beds with towels on the beach. The pool is open from morning to evening, but for me it is very chlorinated.
Nice hotel. There are many coffee shops near the hotel. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Swim only from panton, there is no possibility from the shore, algae. The only negative is -80% Chinese, they behave of course..... How are the Chinese😤
