Advantages: location near the metro, shops and establishments nearby Cons: ventilation is not working, there is one opening window for the entire office, respectively, it is stuffy and there is nothing to breathe. Meeting rooms with no windows opening (and some with no windows at all), ventilation also does not work. There are questions about the number of people in the already stuffy office. The center is multifunctional, modern and probably convenient to work in. But parking is not provided for customers. There are, but there are 20 cars and next to the store. Everything else is blocked by barriers. There is a highway on all sides, I arrived at the meeting before the opening of the center and searched for parking for 30 minutes. So if you need to solve some problem there, you need a taxi or you don't need to go there.
