A good business center. Excellent location. There is one drawback: there are very few places for cars. Sometimes cars are left without phone numbers. So keep that in mind.

There is a COMFORT real estate agency on the ground floor called...there are very good realtors working there , I advise everyone 👍 we picked up a good apartment , thank you very much to the guys , Especially Yerasyl and Nurlan , well done , they explained , showed and bought 🔥🔥🔥

Elevators often break down. The toilets are terrible. The quality of the toilet paper sucks. The guards are proud, they communicate rudely with visitors. The administration is so-so. The only plus is L.okation.
