The Basilion Entertainment Center leaves mixed impressions. On the one hand, this is a good place to spend leisure time, offering a variety of entertainment for children of different ages.
However, on weekends, the center turns into a busy anthill, where there is incredible noise and overcrowding. This significantly reduces the comfort level, especially for those who are looking for a more peaceful environment.
I would especially like to note the changes in the baby area after the renovation. The imposed restriction on visiting the zone by older children creates inconveniences.
In addition, birthday parties on the second floor are often accompanied by excessively loud music and shouting, which makes staying in the center not the most pleasant. In general, Basilion needs improvements in terms of space organization and noise control.

A good center, there are pros and cons.
Pros: Spacious rooms for celebrating birthdays and are located separately on the 2nd floor, hidden from prying eyes of visitors to the center. Good ventilation, there are no unpleasant odors familiar to such places. Animation is trying, although it is clear that it is tired, from the huge demand. Interesting slot machines. A significant plus is that there are private toilets for adults and children, no need to run around the shopping center with a child to the toilet and look for it.
Cons: they work until 22:00, they ask to vacate the rooms at 21:00, as it is a little short of time for us. In the common dining room, the chairs are bolted to the floor, which is really not very convenient. The headset and faucets in the bathrooms are already tired.
The overall result: Davoli is a worthy center for celebrating a child's birthday. Recommend.

I liked the center, there is a separate area for children under 3 years old, without admitting more adult children, it is very good! But there didn't seem to be enough space in this area, we were on a weekday, there weren't many people, but it was still cramped.
The area for older children is generally cool, 4 levels of the maze, sometimes I just lost sight of the children and couldn't find them for 5 minutes) the prices are more pleasant than in many centers, and unlimited throughout the day.

A very reasonable price . Perhaps during rush hours more staff are needed to look after the center, because there are a lot of children, but even if there are any force majeure and conflict situations between children, everything resolves quickly enough.

An excellent and compact center. The kids are separate and it's great! Both the kid's and children's areas are well equipped and interesting (slides, trampoline, maze). We decided to have a birthday party there, everything went great! The rooms are separate, cozy and beautiful, there is a spacious area for the animator. Vending machines are expensive, but tickets are easy to earn. I like everything, we will come more than once!

A cool place, the first center where a 1.5-year-old child had a place to walk. Yes, older children want to go there too, but as a parent of a younger child, I understand perfectly well that there is nothing for older children to do seriously with crumbs yet, it's just not safe.
The air guns worked 3 out of 4, in my opinion, everything was so clean, all the toys were working properly, we went in and the child smiled at everything for an hour, it's cool. It is convenient that there is a cafe canteen near the pit stop, went out, ate and went home to sleep, perfect, simple and everyone is happy.
Those who write that parents do not look after children, it is only parents who are able to keep an eye on their child, in our children's centers it is not customary to come and leave and go to burger king, no one but you will properly monitor the child. If you want the freedom option, look for a babysitter or hire a specialist from whom you can ask later. Not out of spite to anyone, but as it is. I read the reviews and sometimes it was just funny.

A 6-year-old child was not allowed into the baby zone, even though it was a weekday and there were no other children in the center besides our group of children, maybe 2-3 other children.

Among the disadvantages: a clear shortage of staff. One person works at the entrance, which is why there is often no one at the entrance, a person cleans up after the children. The space itself is small, stuffy on weekends, and there are a lot of children.

We ordered a room for a child there, a closed room + an animator (there are 4 closed and 1 open room in total).
The maze has a huge entrance of 22p from the nose, for the birthday boy for free, for children who do not pass by height) there are sps (10p for 1 hour for 2) and many slot machines (on average 3.5 r) for winning which they give stickers. Later, the stickers can be exchanged for prizes. The animator is funny, the contests are good, but he was not heard well, the music volume is higher than the voice. Everything seems to be fine, but there is a small fly in the ointment ...
a room was ordered for 14.00.
When they arrived, there were no ordered helium balloons with a number in the room, I had to wait for 15 minutes when they were brought, naturally there was no such holiday effect for the child. On top of everything else, the balls deflated the next day ...
There was 1 employee at the reception and in order to pay for additional services such as playing sps, slot machines, the entrance to the maze had to wait for a long time, and it was Sunday, there were a lot of people ...

All children were allowed to walk in two areas of the maze, except for a child who had just turned five years old. At least the child looks younger than his age. When the children went for a walk to the toddler area, a five-year-old child stood near the net and cried. When asked to let the child go to the children, an unpleasant blonde woman very rudely replied no, even for an additional fee. When we tried to explain the situation to her, she just rudely started kicking us out. Terrible attitude towards children. There is nothing interesting in the maze for big children and everything is not in very good condition. They don't let you in with your drinks and food, even though you don't have anything to buy from yourself. The children were very unhappy, especially a child of five years old. Parents are shocked by this attitude. We do not recommend going there, we have been to many places, but this is the first time we have encountered such a bad attitude. Especially do not go there with children of different ages, as the older child will be offended.

I specified where I can leave water for the baby. I went down to the Burger King on the excalator for 20 minutes. I'm walking back along the excalator, and my 5-year-old child is dressed to meet me. To say that I was just in shock is to say nothing. The child left the play area, got dressed and walked past the cash register, where the administrator was also there, and no one stopped him. We returned to the center, I clarified how this could happen.I was told this was the first time, sorry. But honestly, I had very unpleasant impressions. As a mother of a child, I do not absolve myself of responsibility, but when visiting a children's center, administrators should also look (at least when the child leaves the play area) to clarify where the child goes. And all this joy for 25p? For what? For balls and 3 slides? But the most striking thing is that I not only have to pay for the child, but also for myself 2p to keep an eye on my child. The girls working in the children's zone are a separate "surprise": they discuss visitors with the administrator in front of them! Tactlessness, unprofessionalism, ignorance.
Paid 25p (child 3.2 years old). The child entered the zone up to 3 years old - they said it was impossible.(why?) It used to be different. If a 3-year-old child is NOT INTERESTED in the zone for children from 3 years old (there is not a single tolokara machine, not a single educational toy, the kids are much older) that's why he can't enter the zone for children under 3 years old, paying the full cost.
We won't come back here anymore.
