But today, 11/23/2024, I did not like the attitude of the staff, while the children were in the playroom, I wanted to make an order, sat down at an empty round table, but the waiter girl came up and said that the table was reserved, although there was no sign on the table, and also said that all the large tables were on reserve. And I needed a table for five people. As a result, the children were sent to Burger King, instead of eating normally. P. S. During our stay in the playroom for 3 hours, no one sat at this and the next table, but they put signs about the reserve. The impression of the cafe is ruined! I advise the management to teach the staff how to work with clients.
Unexpectedly delicious! Big pizza, very thin dough, even the sides are delicious. Yeast is not felt in the dough at all, most likely the dough has been fermented for a long time. The combinations of flavors are unusual, everyone can choose something for themselves. It seems that everything is very simple, but you can also make incredibly delicious pizza out of simple things for that kind of money. It's not a mass market, it's tastier and cheaper. I went in for lunch, and after that I had an important event planned. The children of the guests sitting at the next table were running around the hall, which is unacceptable in a restaurant of any class (you also need to take into account that the restaurant has a children's room). At the moment when the waitress brought me lemonade, a girl pushed her from behind, after which the lemonade completely poured over me, my clothes and my bag. By the way, the turtleneck I was wearing was white, and the lemonade was red)))) The glass naturally shattered. The waitress ran away, which is natural in a stressful situation. I stood and watched as the receptionist stood quietly and did nothing. The cleaner came, wiped the floor, they brought me a clean, dry chair, and I continued to eat. About 15 minutes later, they brought a new lemonade and said it was on the house. I asked to invite the administrator. I told the receptionist that I would not pay the bill (by the way, it was for 30 rubles: the receipt contained carbonara, a glass of beer and free lemonade, which was poured on me))), because I came clean and dry, and now my evening is ruined and I have to go home in the cold. with wet pants. Well, it's unpleasant, you must admit. The receptionist, not a young 18-year-old girl or a student, but a fully grown woman, reacted extremely strangely: "Girl, are you suggesting that I deduct your bill from the waitress?! You saw that it was an accident!!" With such a reproach, as if it were my fault that the guests, excuse me, have children running around the hall for some reason (as far as I know, it is the direct responsibility of the administrator to keep order in the hall and the comfort of the guests). I say, yes, there was a misunderstanding, but as a guest, I shouldn't be responsible for it. I was told that they would be calling the director. It took about 10 minutes, and the receptionist came up with the words: "Your bill will be paid by our waiter, if that suits you." Question: dear woman, why am I being held responsible? Is this my employee or yours? Why should the waiter be responsible for not keeping order in the room and pay the bill out of his own pocket? Why put pressure on the pity of a guest whose evening is ruined? Is it professional? After that, I was reminded not to order anything else in a rather familiar tone)
I didn't come to eat for free and make a scene. I came to have a delicious lunch at my favorite restaurant, pay and safely go about my business.
Moral: the complaint is solely against the administrator. The waiter girl is not to blame for anything, and I am sincerely sorry that she has to pay for the shoals of the higher management (admin)... This is wrong. But solving such issues is not the job of a waiter, it's the job of an administrator, who, by the way, should not put pressure on the pity of a guest who is sitting wet in red lemonade, and should be at least a little customer-oriented (at least it would be nice to come up and ask if they can help me in any way). I'm truly sorry that the waitress closed my account. It's wrong, but the admin just didn't give me any other choice. I really hope that the management will see and read this review and deduct these unfortunate 30 rubles not from the waitress, but from the administrator, who does not do her job well (It is a pity that employees suffer because of poor management.
