Nice dining room, opens early. Everything is fresh, the prices are reasonable (at least it used to be that way), I haven't been there for a year, but I remember eating there often when I was in Pavlodar

Good staff, lots of tables. The waiting time is short. The food is delicious. The interior is like in a school cafeteria, nothing special. But the prices are a little high and it's not like a cafe, but just a dining room.
