We lived at the recreation center from May 11-13. tk is out of season and some locations (water park, baths, massages, beauty salon, some cafes, entertainment events) did not work, the base provides a 50% discount. (We paid 25150 tenge per day, breakfast is included in the price) The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can not enter the territory with your own drinks and food, a bag scanner works at the entrance. We rented a bungalow and were driven to it by an electric car. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a mirror, a second room with a small sofa, two ottomans, a table, a refrigerator and a TV. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is combined. The shower cabin is glazed. A very powerful hair dryer. Shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, dental supplies, comb, cotton buds, cotton pad and even a nail file, towels are all provided. The territory is large, well-maintained, there is a private beach with sun beds, outdoor and indoor pools are also available. The review is for those who have read all the contradictory reviews on all sites and still can't figure out if it's okay there.
We went there at the end of August 2024 for a couple of days with my 3-year-old daughter, Bungalow superior.
In short: in general, it is normal for a couple of days, but it is about 3* tired.
Positive:
- There is delicious food in the on-site restaurants (although many write that it is not delicious, but we really liked it).
- The rooms are relatively clean (shower and linen, for example), the air conditioner works well.
- All the staff is polite.
- A normal water park, albeit an old one. It is quite free in the morning on weekdays.
- Beautiful sea, well-groomed sandy beach.
Cons / nuances:
- There are new and old bungalows. We got the old one because the new ones were occupied. Well, it's just like that - renovation is asking for: the sofa is broken, the TV is tiny, the furniture is old. It is perceived as a tired three stars.
- Breakfast is just a nightmare. It is extremely scarce, and coffee is not available until 11 a.m., because there is only one coffee machine in one restaurant.
- You can't bring food or drinks. I see this for the first time and almost refused to go to this hotel for this reason. There is a scanner at the entrance, things are being searched. They gave me food for my 3-year-old daughter.
- There were no cockroaches in the bungalow (I met reviews that someone had met them), but we saw them on the territory near the bungalow. Like American ones - like street ones. There are a lot of flies, they are steamed.

Near the sea, there is a separate beach area. There are also rooms that can be rented just like that.

To be honest, there is something to compare it with. We were on one of the cheapest beaches in Dostar and one of the not cheap Tree of life. There are no questions about the sea and the entrance to the sea to the beach, this is one of the best options, but the presence of household garbage (photo attached) spoils the overall impression. Second, food and drinks should not be brought to the base, but then there should be an alternative choice, and as it turned out, there is none. We had lunch in an oriental cafe in one of the four food places, and to be honest, on a three-point scale, although the prices should at least be four. For example, a shish kebab by the tooth, well, very, very small and tastes so-so, tandoor samsushki are also lagging behind in size, lagman seems to lack spices, it's a bit bland. But in general, you can eat, although the day before we had lunch at the Bozzhyr restaurant, earth and sky both in terms of food and price.
In general, if you want the sea, go here, but be prepared to spend money on food that does not match the prices and the very rude attitude of the guards at the entrance. They examine your bags with such passion, as if they are promised a bonus there who will find food. It's not very unpleasant, especially when they dig into your underwear in the truest sense of the word. If they want total control, let them put an X-ray machine for luggage, as in state Institutions. The impression is twofold. Whether I will come here again, I cannot say directly.

For the first time I was at the sea right here, there is everything for recreation, tables, chairs, sun beds. Inside the water park, it was not possible to ride. But it looks very cool, there were technical breaks all the time when it came up. I didn't swim in the pool. But everything looks just great. Kebabs, restaurants. But you need to choose a day when there will be no winds to go there. Even in cafes, the wind is blowing. Electric cars will be populated and evicted on the territory. The beach is nice and sandy. Cons: wind (quite often in Aktau, it is unusual for Almaty residents), flies — not so much, but they add discomfort. And the third, complex disadvantage, is the food and the waiters: the food is rubbery, tasteless, but expensive. The only thing that could not be spoiled was the dessert delivered from somewhere and stored in the refrigerator. Against the background of the lack of normal food, there are no shops to buy any snacks, buns, etc. Waiters. Southerners, forget about the normal service. If three tables are occupied in the hall for three waiters, then that's it! The system collapses. The waiters have to be caught. And if they have an event for children in their hall, they will simply push you out and refuse to serve you. The rest of the staff, except for catering, are on top, well done! Large area, lots of pools, and everything could be fine if not...
Minuses:
1. The staff, not responding to requests, fixed the jambs of their own hotel.
2. Breakfast included in the room rate. If you are later than 8:45, then you will not see the food anymore. To the question of why not. They answer that you eat a lot, so others don't have enough.
3. Stray guests. The theft from the clothes dryers is within the normal range, the cameras that they have are about nothing.
4. The water park, this is a separate story, in the afternoon it is better not to appear there, you have not heard about safety.
5. The beach is not cleaned, bottles, garbage and everything like that are lying around.
6. The room. there is a refrigerator, but it does not work. There is a table and chairs in the photo of the room, but they are not in the room. The floor in the shower is a masterpiece made of wall tiles, there is no way to get up there.
7. There is an indoor swimming pool, but the staff works in it in the evening, the rest do not have access there.
8. Well, finally, I asked for a carriage to take things with the child to the reception desk, but flying around the territory of the carriage with friends of the staff is the norm.
I think all of the above is a complete disrespect to the people vacationing at the hotel. The rest of the visitors will do just fine.

We came from Ufa. We had a rest (at the end of Aug. 23), a large company of 10 people. From 6 to 60 years old. We were checked into a hotel for 2 people per room. The breakfasts are ordinary, as everywhere else, everything is fine. The territory was cleaned every day. There is a fitness room, they don't look after it, but for those who want to work out, in principle, everything is there. When checking in, there was a lot missing in the rooms, what was asked for-everything was brought. I didn't like that the rooms are not cleaned every day, if you don't ask. Heated pools are great! Slides are great! Shore, sandy beach. Recommend.

A great place to relax, especially with children. We lived in house 26 - a new family bungalow: three rooms (A bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a sofa (straightens), a table, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV, cabinets, a refrigerator. In the bathroom, all hygiene products are available, towels, slippers (everything was updated every day). The sea view from the window is very beautiful!!! Our bungalow was located in a quiet area, we slept to the sound of the sea with the windows open), in the morning we went out to exercise on the seashore! The coast is clean - garbage and large stones are removed every evening. There are sun beds and there are quite a lot of them. Beautiful Pier. The breakfasts are quite good. There is always something to choose from, dishes are quickly replenished if something has run out.
The price includes use of the water park - it's just paradise for children) there are not many slides, but the pools are not crowded, unlike the neighboring Titus Blu at Rixos. There are a lot of sun beds by the pools! There are enough slides, there are no queues.
Of the cons: 1) service in restaurants and cafes! A VERY LONG TIME!!! No one will come to you until you come up or start calling loudly! 2) At the restaurant for dinner, my husband went to meat!!! Be careful when choosing food!!! 3) business lunch, although on the menu, but there may not be any good dishes! And you will also have to wait a very long time (about 1-1.5 plan to have lunch).

I spent a week with my family at this base, then a week at another one. We rented a three-bedroom VIP house, breakfast included. I'll start with the cons - cleaning on request, that is, you need to call and ask. Clean cleanly, consumables (soap, brushes, shampoos) in a timely manner. Another disadvantage is that I started breakfast by wiping the table where we brought food, breakfast for every taste, but the tables are covered with dust. And another minus is the food! There are three establishments on the territory, at lunch and dinner we go out on the food search trail. Considering that we were there for a week, by the end of the week we knew the menu by heart, and it costs a pretty penny. VIP room for six -180 thousand plus daily +~ 100 thousand spent on food. Now the pros: the coast is gorgeous, sand, clear water. Coffee machine at two points!!! The room was with a veranda, very comfortable. The room has a refrigerator, TV, kettle, water cooler, kitchen. Gorgeous view of the territory EVERYWHERE! Manicured greenery, piers, benches. Mini cars will be happy to give you a ride for free if you have far to go. The staff is very polite and friendly! And the highlight on the cake is the Water Park! It's just a heavenly place for children. There are slides for all ages, several pools with sea water. The sauna deserves attention! An indoor swimming pool with thermal water, a steam room, consumables - 👍 If I may say so, "saunist", because you can't call him a bath attendant, makes some fragrant tinctures and in the steam room you just feel blissful. In addition, he is a massage therapist! There are very smiling and pleasant girls at the reception! In general, it is definitely worth coming!!!

Everything is great! A good recreation center. We came to rest for a day. Clean sea - you can see that they are cleaning, and the common water area with the rixos (it is nearby there). A wide beach. Nice, large territory, a variety of slides, pools, restaurants for children and adults. All deck chairs with mattresses. You either need to take your own towels or rent them - 1000 tenge for one.
We ate in some restaurant - it is clear that the prices are slightly higher than in the city, but it is understandable. The food was delicious. We ordered mushroom soup, rib eye, salmon steak. They cooked it very tasty. They gave away about 25 thousand tenge along with drinks - I think the price is adequate, but there are other food outlets there.
In general, we and the child liked everything!

We lived in this place 4-7.07.2023 in one of the bungalows.
Positive:
1. a good water park (but there are a lot of people due to the fact that it works at the entrance for everyone, including non-residents. Since the middle of the day, the pools are crowded, there are queues on the slides, there are almost no free sun beds)
2. Well-groomed territory, saltwater pools (but it must be borne in mind that those who bought a ticket to the water park have access to the entire territory, so after lunch in these pools it is also crowded and there are almost no free sunbeds)
3. The first line of the sea (but it must be borne in mind that most of the sunbeds on the beach are dirty and torn, the beach itself is untidy, actually neglected)
Cons:
1. Breakfast. Despite the fact that it is included in the price and is stated from 8 to 10, you will not receive it if you come a little later than 9 - there will be empty plates, and all employees will just throw up their hands with the words "the food is over." At the same time, any other catering service on the territory (for your money) starts working at 12, and if you do not have time for breakfast at 9, you will sit hungry until 12.
2. Very low service, in fact its absence. Any request goes down the drain and is not fulfilled (according to various reviews from residents with whom we communicated, the air conditioner, refrigerator, shower head, etc., including in the suites, were not repaired for several days)
3. Low professionalism and complete lack of customer orientation among the staff, including administrators. For example, I was "lucky" to talk to the manager Maria, who allowed herself to accuse me in response to my claims about missing breakfast and so on. She also explained the lack of breakfast after 9 by the fact that residents eat too much and you can't get enough food for everyone (not literally, but the meaning was like this). The general impression of the management is that they don't care about you, the main thing is to kick back and shift responsibility from themselves to someone else.
4. The old room stock (with broken furniture in places), the shower area is all in mold, interruptions with hot water (and even when it is, it is difficult to wash with such a trickle).
5. Stealing things from dryers. The story is not ours, but our neighbors from the bungalow nearby. A T-shirt and children's swimming trunks were stolen from them. Watching the cameras did not give anything.
The overall impression of this place is a 20-year-old Soviet sanatorium with all the consequences. It is better to live in the city and come to the water park for a day, or pay extra and fly to Turkey.

I was here last time in 2017, pregnant with my daughter, and I was not thrilled. We decided to give a chance this year, and bring my daughter, you know, I liked it. P.S. Service, staff, cleanliness and rooms have no complaints. Amateur food. There is also fast food, there is also a normal one. The pricing policy is somewhere the same as in the city, where it is more expensive. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The territory is well maintained and clean.

The wedding anniversary turned into a disaster.
On July 6, 2024, our check-in was late, so we used the time until nightfall as much as possible in the pools and the water park. Tired people returned to the room (bungalow 22) when the child fell asleep in his arms, but there was a surprise waiting for us - the light in the bedroom does not turn off. You press the switch off, some of the light bulbs turn off, most remain on. The reception does not answer the phone. The prospect of sleeping at night with the lights on was not pleasant, there was an option to pull out the card and sleep without light, but also without air conditioning. Sweating all night would also be unbearable. Of the two tortures, light torture was chosen. In addition, the hot water in the shower was turned off, only cold water was running. The next day, the reception continued not to answer any calls or messages to WhatsApp, until I came to them myself. Only then did they send a plumber and an electrician to us. The hot water was turned on, the light was fixed. Finally, the room is habitable, I thought, until I went to wash up. The pressure in the shower was good, the water stagnated, but not much. And when I got out of the cabin, I stepped into the lake. It seems that all the water spilled from the pan directly onto the bathroom floor and even into the hallway. At that moment, we realized why the hot water was turned off, there was obviously a malfunction that was not fixed and new guests were settled. As always, the reception ignored all requests. This incident was the last straw. The mood was completely ruined and we left. I wrote an application for a refund for a spoiled vacation, check-in to an uninhabitable room, but no one moved. Reception = indifference to the problems of the guests. In addition, the hotel saves terribly on everything, especially on breakfast. The guests there are constantly fighting because they are malnourished. And the explanation from the hall administrator is always the same - there are too many of you, there is nothing to feed! And so it is every year. At the same time, the cost of accommodation includes the price of a full breakfast. We don't set foot in this creepy place anymore and we don't recommend it to anyone

The restaurants on the territory were long and very tasteless, the unfortunate trout was cooked for an hour and a half. The attitude of the waiters is not caring: "We have a lot of people." And I'm not human, am I? Am I not a guest? You have 10 people in the room.
Pettiness on the principle of "you live with us for four days, but you can't even bring your own water, let alone food - this is beyond the limit. I've been to a lot of places, but this is the first time I've seen this. There was no water in the room at all.
People from the water park walk all over the territory. What for? Aren't we paying for a relaxing holiday without the crowds by buying accommodation at the resort?
