A terrible base !!!! We are ready to earn money on it for unjustified money, but nothing has been done for the comfort of vacationers. Houses are NOT MADE OF GLASS, but of PLASTIC! Fishing is paid, only with their gamekeeper and only on their gear.... Everything is not well-groomed, not finished. You can 't go to the water , there 's grass and reeds There is nowhere to walk near the base, there are not even normal walking paths. There is no cafe, there is no reception! It is unclear who we are talking to on the phone, different people are constantly answering! We were checked in 2 hours later, all this time we were waiting in the car, the room was supposedly cleaned. When asked if the room will be ready soon, we answer, WE DO NOT KNOW.... We decided to sit on chairs by the barbecue for a while, to which we were told: Do not run around the house and look at the maid, go for a walk in the woods! Next, we wanted to pay for our stay at the terminal with a check and asked for a discount for the 2 hours we were waiting outside. All this was answered by a girl with a man who started a conversation with raised tones, like from the 90s As a result, we decided to just leave and transfer money to them for the time we were there (3 hours) The price of the issue is 2200₽ They blocked our way with a car so that we wouldn't leave without paying... well, it's funny and wild… We're just in shock... we've never seen anything like this before ! We visit recreation centers very often, this is the first time we have had this deplorable experience!
