There were bases nearby, we decided to look in and see the territory inside. The base is located in a coniferous forest, which immediately captivates. There is a playground, a trampoline. The owner kindly showed us the rooms, the bathhouse, the farm. Chickens, turkeys, rabbits, and pigs walk around the territory. A kind of ecotourism. It is very convenient and interesting with children. The base is fenced, safe. My suggestions are to offer breakfast. There is a restaurant, you can also think about dinners with national white cuisine. This will attract more tourists. Not everyone (like me and the children) wants to get dirty by preparing products for kebabs, cooking them, but they would not refuse to eat draniki, kholodnik. Good luck to you! I really enjoyed my Dream vacation. Wonderful nature, helpful people, very comfortable accommodation. The rooms are large, comfortable, wooden furniture. A nice veranda where we spent the evening. A very good combination of comfort and price. I was also lucky with the weather. I recommend it to everyone.We received a souvenir as a bonus!

An ambiguous impression. We rented a new house with a sauna for 200 rubles. per day in January for 2 days. Everything is clear when booking. They paid part of it to the card, the rest in cash upon arrival, of course no one gave a check))Upon arrival, it turned out that there had been problems with the wiring the day before, everything seemed to have been fixed by arrival, but then it started. You turn one on, the other turns off))) The underfloor heating has not warmed up yet, the TV did not work, it was fixed in the process, the TV was changed. However, it is worth paying tribute, they immediately offered another house and a bathhouse. But this is another song)) we did not move because we originally wanted a sauna in the house, and the sauna is located at a distance. The impression of the holiday has already been spoiled. Upon arrival, they immediately found only a tiny piece of toilet paper and a paper towel, which apparently remained from previous vacationers. New ones were brought at the request. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom, which is strange, considering that the sauna is in the house. There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom either. There were 2 large towels and 2 sauna towels for two people. To the question is it possible to have a couple more small towels, we received an answer, so there are 2, are you not enough?)))well, I would like to have more for hands and face))) it is a normal practice to have at least 3 towels for 1 person))) towels were brought)) To light the fireplace there was a box with 2 matches)) they brought a burner)) there was no grill, they brought it))there are few dishes, really, you have to constantly wash, which is difficult at low water pressure)) and there are not enough dishes, they asked to bring a couple of deep salad plates)) brought with the words, you can immediately see what else you need so as not to run back and forth))) well, when it turned out that there were no teaspoons and a corkscrew, then I didn't want to ask for anything more, so as not to completely spoil my expensive vacation))) the recommendation to the owners is to stop by for a day to relax and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will immediately understand what is missing)) next, the sponge in the used kitchen was so much that it was unpleasant to even look at it, let alone wash the dishes with it, there was practically no water pressure in the kitchen and in the bathroom sink. Well, as if an extension cord with sockets on the countertop in the kitchen, where to turn on all appliances is not the best way, why not make sockets? There is a small shelf in the bathroom for accessories, as if the girls when they come in with their cosmetics, there is really not enough of it))The curtains that cover the huge windows and doors are not fully closed, which is not very pleasant when there is a sauna in the house and you are not fully dressed there. There is not enough lighting above the bed in the bedroom. There were no additional garbage bags, which is strange considering that people come for 2 days and there is enough garbage. You can put a small garbage container near the house. As a result, after leaving, they forgot to charge the phone, asked to find it, said that we could not help, vacationers had already stopped there)))) there is no wifi, it is advisable to indicate this in the description)) it's a pity that such a beautiful place is a good idea, it seems like it would be possible to treat people who come 300 km away and pay not 3 kopecks more friendly)) in general, if they fix all the flaws, it will be super, especially since many of them are so obvious that it's strange))) life hack-leave a questionnaire for vacationers, what did not suit them, what should be fixed to become better? If you are interested, of course)) I cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone yet. Now we have a lot of places to relax, there are plenty to choose from in such a price range, and with a customer-oriented attitude and a desire to return to them and recommend others to come)) unfortunately, there are more minuses than pluses so far, but if there is a desire to become better, then everything is fixable))

The place is beautiful, but the owners of the base ruined the whole vacation. I started reading after the "rest" and saw how many people wrote exactly about the attitude of the owners to vacationers....
If you are going to go, then sign the contract in advance and discuss their rules. Since during the rest, you can find out what you can do and what you can't do. In our case, we did not conclude anything, we gave the money in cash and part of it to the card. And they left there without staying the night.

It's just a fairy tale, maybe at that moment it made such an impression on me, maybe the amazing nature and silence affected my impression so much, but everything was done from the heart, hospitality, even some kind of friendly pets. I advise everyone. Getting enough sleep is the perfect place, silence, beauty. Kesha is generally love forever)))) I really liked it!!! To also be fed there - it was just amazing!!! The best recreation center. We like to come here with the whole company for the weekend. The rooms are clean and cozy. Gorgeous territory, there is a place to walk, fresh air. The bathhouse is just a bomb! There is also a barbecue area and a terrace. There is enough space even for our large company. I recommend you to visit!

The place is very beautiful, the territory is large. There were two opinions.... Our advice is for everyone who is going to go there for a vacation! Enter into an agreement where everything will be spelled out: how much you have to pay (because you may be billed more, but you just won't have money with you), the time of arrival, departure, what your children can do, where to go and what they can't, your rights, duties, restrictions. The place is beautiful, but the service and attitude towards customers are terrible.
We booked rooms in advance, upon arrival it turned out that we were not expected and had to pay for the reservation (this information was not reported when talking on the phone).
The woman who received us behaved inappropriately, constantly tried to accuse us that this was our mistake and as a result we had to look for a new place to live.
I do not recommend it!
