The nature is beautiful, the territory is large, free boat rental, a playground and a trampoline for children, a small sandy beach with sun beds, there are several pantones from which you can swim.Bicycles,Russian billiards, there is still one bathhouse, but this year they are building a second one, the water in the lake is transparent, we were in early August, it has not yet bloomed. All the buildings are made of timber, they look very harmonious.There are several disadvantages, the first is small portions in the dining room, and the second is perhaps the most unpleasant in our large house with seven rooms in six days, the garbage was thrown out only 2 times and then on demand.The staff is very friendly. In general, we had a good rest and rebooted.

I really liked the base, very much!
Territory. Well-groomed, large. There is nowhere to walk at sunsets and in the rain) the lake is sandy, but for me, it was more pleasant to dive from the piers) the water is clean in the lake, soft. The sauna is excellent. Only the second shower was not enough (there was no watering can) for a company of 8 people.
Houses. The cabins are clean. The linen is not new, of course, but clean. Only one duvet cover was torn at the place where the blanket was refilled - this must be changed. The administration's oversight.
Canteen. We are lucky that Tatiana is there) it is simply impossible to stop trying dishes. Everything seems to be normal, but it's very tasty! Thanks!

It's a good place.
I'm coming for the second time, out of season. It is quiet, beautiful, the territory is large and well maintained, there is a place to walk after breakfast.
This time I came with a dog, all the staff were very friendly)
The food is also excellent, delicious, varied, the portions are large.
Special thanks for the dinner prepared for my late arrival, even though it was not ordered)

Good quality , mowing is very tasty , the nature is amazing , the interior is a little old, but it does not spoil the impression, everything is wooden and massive , the water here is amazing - there is no smell of mud - this is a very big plus for me , the staff always responds to all needs and desires , very good-natured , simple in the local way. You can also take a boat here to swim and fish. I recommend

The complex is located in a very beautiful location. The territory is large and well equipped. The sauna is located next to the lake. You can only get there by car (the whole road is asphalt + literally 1 km along a gravel path).
We lived in a big house. There was a lot of space, it was clean. The only drawback is uncomfortable beds (mattresses are too soft).

I really liked it. We rested in a large company and took one large house number 1 and the rest small ones. Of course, small houses are very crowded. To sleep cleanly. And everyone rested in the big one. And there is a gazebo and a terrace. They give you a boat for free. Several piers, beautiful nature. Everything is mowed down, very well maintained, clean. The staff did well!

Excellent large well-maintained territory. Two plastic pontoons for fishing and swimming. Not a big beach with sun loungers. Good nutrition. Boats are free. The purest water. There are plenty of strawberries and mushrooms.

The place is super gorgeous. Two dozen wooden houses are scattered on the shore of the picturesque lake Volos. The staff is helpful. Drives with all amenities, boats are provided free of charge. Bicycles can be rented. Sandy beach. Several bridges for fishing. Two gorgeous piers if you want to sunbathe, jump into the water, impose a boat. The water is porous , the bottom is visible and the fish swim . In general, the Belarusian Maldives. And yes, the food is wonderful, there is its own canteen on the basis of a separate respect. Large well-maintained territory. A huge playground and a trampoline. In general, a very pleasant atmosphere of comfort and relaxation.

I really liked the base, a beautiful place, well-groomed territory, clean everywhere, all lawns are mowed, there is a Playground. The house has everything you need from dishes to electric appliances, cleanliness everywhere. A good approach from the lake, there are sun loungers, there is a pontoon, a sauna. The staff is polite, attentive, and any issue can be resolved quickly. We rested for one day at the end of May, but we will definitely come back.

Positive: 1) the nature, location, attitude of the caretaker and the administrator are very nice, friendly.
Cons: the beach is dirty, small children do not swim, there is another beach nearby, but it is behind a fence, closed, you can walk. 2) the food is not tasty, it is canteen. The portions are large, but it's not much use, everything is for the cooks, as they themselves put it.

I really liked it! The lake is clean, there is fish, it is convenient to swim, the food is so-so (I'm fine, my wife and child did not like it). The house is true without air conditioning, but it is inexpensive. There are different accommodation options on the territory, and there are more comfortable ones.
We will be happy to come again.

The nature is beautiful. The lake is clean. We rested in house number 1, the drain in the shower almost does not work, the toilet takes 5 minutes, the refrigerator barely works. The stove, only two burners work. Wi-Fi is barely pulling. The food is monotonous, the dishes were repeated twice in 5 days, portions per child. There is no store on site. The staff is friendly.

I do not advise you either, there are other places, they do not want to work here to attract tourists, and there are drunks all around - it was about 12 o'clock in the afternoon, and already there are people in the south...

The water is very clean here! Delicious food, nice houses. We rent house #9 (15m2) for 4 (two adults and two children). The house has 1 isolated room and one entrance hall with a sofa. There is a bathroom (shower, toilet). In the entrance room there is a sofa, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, dishes, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a tea table. The isolated room has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. There was enough room for us. The price of the tour includes boat rental, bicycles, billiards…But the most important thing is the lake, the water is so clean! It's warm. I really liked it! The food is very very satisfying and delicious… Cool! It's worth the journey we made from Brest)))))))

Of the CONS- For fishermen, very few approaches to the lake, it is almost unrealistic from the pier, of course I would like something to come up with fishing, so that it corresponds to what is on the Internet, or else drive 2 thousand km And such a disappointment! In the Bathhouse, you need to fix the door, with it half open, it's not very steaming! And so everything is decent, and thanks to the guards, very sociable and friendly people!

We arrived to check in (13:00), but only at this time the house began to be cleaned, we waited for almost an hour. The meal time indicated on the website does not correspond to reality, you need to check with the cook on the spot. And the most unpleasant thing turned out to be that on the day of departure, the breakfast that we paid for, we were not properly fed. There was tea and a small portion of cottage cheese on the table. The vacationers who came after us were immediately served pancakes. We waited for 25 minutes, but the queue did not reach us. I had to go a long distance hungry. Among the advantages: silence, a good lake.
