We rested at the Dolphin recreation center from 08/14/2021 to 08/24/2021. On 08/14/2021 we arrived at 8:00. We entered the courtyard territory. She is beautiful. As soon as we entered the territory, we were invited to the administration room, which is a separate room on the ground floor. She looked beautiful too. We were greeted by a disgruntled manager. She explained what and how. The check-in was said by a disgruntled woman at about 13 or 14 o'clock. Upon arrival, you could go to the toilet in the building from the street. The door wouldn't close in it.
And so we left our bags at the administration and went to the sea. The beach is dirty. Cigarette butts, plastic cups, various pieces of pre-flight were lying on the beach, or were buried in the sand. There are few sun beds. There's not enough for everyone. You need to take them at 8 a.m., as they are disassembled in half an hour.
When the time came, we went to ask what was wrong with the room. We were told that the room was ready. When we entered the room, we realized that it had been hastily cleaned, by half. There was a bed and 2 of the 3 towels were clean. One was dirty and another was on the closet, all covered in dust.
Outraged by the condition of the room, we went to the manager. Approaching her, she asked: "What do you want?". A little taken aback, I said that there are more towels in the room than necessary and 2 of them are dirty, there are also grapes lying around and the door to the balcony opens only if you move the sofa. All she heard from the comments was that there were more towels than necessary. Insulted the cleaner with a stupid fool and invited her to tell her off. When the woman (the cleaner) came up, the spongy manager scolded her that there were more towels than needed for 2.
I said that 3 towels were listed in the list of things in the room (we had a one-room one). To which the manager said that this was not the correct list and ordered the cleaner to pick up 2 dirty towels. The cleaning lady politely offered to mark all the towels for us for the inconvenience. To which the big-lipped manager said IN FRONT OF US: "They don't need to change anything! I said take 2 dirty towels and don't give them anything else!" It was said so disrespectfully and as if we didn't hear anything. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing.
Then we went to the room and the cleaner took 2 dirty towels.
Continuing to describe the room, I repeat, because it was a pleasure for me - in order to go to the balcony, it was necessary to move the children's sofa, under which the grapes were lying. The refrigerator was on the balcony. There is also a clothes dryer, a table and chairs. The view from the balcony overlooked the sea and the pool. After the shocking passage to the balcony, they noticed a Soviet-era wardrobe, which had 2 pull-out shelves, and the rest of the space for outerwear (with hangers). There was also 1 bedside table of the same time. The bed is double. There are springs in the mattress. There is air conditioning in the room, but the cold was difficult. Special attention should also be paid to the location of the entrance door and the door to the toilet. They cannot open at the same time, otherwise they will collide.

In the evening, after the sea, it was good to sit on the balcony and look at the sea. But after 23:00, the lights were turned off in the courtyard area and a guard with a fan walked around the territory and shone on them and put them to bed even if you talk in halftones. It was impossible to sit with the company. Since it was not comfortable to talk in a whisper. You can't laugh or talk emotionally either, because you will cause the guard's indignation.
In the morning and evening there was a children's program - songs and dances, if you like to sleep, it gets in the way a little.
Room cleaning, as it turned out, is carried out every 5 days, i.e. 1 time during our vacation. Sand is collected every day, dust, something will spill...different things happen. It was impossible to clean by ourselves, since there were no mops or garbage bags in the room, as it turned out later they should have been.
At the Dolphin recreation center, we met with fellow countrymen. They had a mop in their rooms and the renovation was better, the rooms were not as shabby as ours.
On the 6th day, approaching the lipped manager, we decided to ask if there would be cleaning. With a displeased look , asking: "What do you want?". I said it wouldn't hurt to clean the room. She said she couldn't do it today.. a big check-in and offered to MAKE an APPOINTMENT for tomorrow.
The next day, the room was cleaned by the same woman she yelled at on the first day. While cleaning the room, the cleaner asked: "why didn't you have garbage bags, rags... and something else (I don't remember already)?" I said no. Wondering what it should be.
In general, the rooms are different in terms of configuration. Someone's basin is broken. We didn't break it. Someone has a mop. We have no. Someone's shower is broken.
The only thing that pleased me was that the first line, the view from the window to the sea and the clean pool.
In 10 days, the beach became only dirtier and dirtier. Here I can say that the Dolphin workers did not clean up, but the people were pigs.
In general, there was a lack of respect from the Dolphin's employees, especially from the manager and frequent cleaning in the room. Therefore, 1 star for a clean pool and 1 line.
