The area behind the houses is unkempt, everything is overgrown, the area is hot, there are no trees. The hostess rips off wild prices for accommodation (near the base number 4500 / day), 4500 was paid for the transfer from Adler, although the rest are carried for 4000. Milo offered to get to Gagra railway station for 1200, a taxi cost 800 rubles. There was no cleaning in the cabins for 7 days. For the key that fell apart, they took a fine of 500 rubles The shops are located far away To eat in a cafe, very tasty food, walk along the road for 10 minutes I will never come here again and will not advise anyone

Price 8000 per day, not cheap (without power) But since you can use the benefits of the Literary Fund and at the same time live in nature quite normally, we thought. As a result, arriving at the place, we were disappointed. The territory of the base is very small, four houses stand almost on top of each other, there is also a barbecue with barbecue nets that have not been washed for months, cars living right there on an already tiny territory, a summer kitchen in which even 2 housewives are unlikely to fit. The road to the sea lies through thickets and bushes and also through the roadway. Even a child can climb through the fence of the base, the base is located on the highway if anything. There are no pharmacies or normal shops in the vicinity. The base has nothing to do with the Literary Fund boarding house and you can use the services of the boarding house only for a fee!!! After learning and seeing all this, we decided to find a more comfortable place. The red price of such housing with such infrastructure and territory is 4000 rubles. We asked the hostess to do the right thing and return 50 percent of the prepayment, since what was stated on the Internet does not correspond to reality, in response, they wished us to save our strength to fight the rotovirus. As a result, we rented an anological house in Gagra on the first line of the sea, with a large green area, a five-minute walk from a supermarket and a pharmacy, while the price was also cheaper, only 6,000 rubles for four. The price is very high for this kind of housing!

We had a rest with my daughter in July 2023, an excellent base, new houses, new beds with comfortable mattresses, everything you need is there, the rooms are well-appointed, very nice interior) Hostess Anya, an expert in her field, any problem was solved quickly, quickly organized excursions, kebabs and everything you need for a cool holiday))) The sea is 5 minutes away, the water is clean, dolphins swam in the morning- an unforgettable sight)))There are huge eucalyptus trees around the base, a pine grove along the shore, the air is very healthy! We will definitely go back there!It is impossible to visit all the most beautiful places of Abkhazia at one time! Thank you for a great stay!

Всё хорошо, очень чисто и аккуратно, хозяйка русская в чем огромный плюс!!! Есть общая кухня с новой посудой!!! В домике есть телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер, ванная и туалет, есть терасса, где можно проводить вечера. До моря 7 мин пешком, пляж пансионата Литфонд, где можно бесплатно взять лежаки, а так же сходить в столовую пансионата завтрак + ужин 450 р. Через дорогу конные прогулки, в трёх минутах ходьбы озеро инкит, где можно бесплатно рыбачить, рыба карась, сазан, карп, щука и окунь. Гостевые домики новые, базу открыли в июле 2023 г. Единственный минус, без авто далековато до магазинов пешком, но ходят маршрутки. За это оценку снижать не буду.
