We visited 13.04 in the club Base "Plywood", my daughter had a birthday. Everything was great: the food, the music, the great mood, until it was ruined for all the guests... The boorish attitude of the backing vocalist, they charged us 80 rubles. for putting a microphone with wires themselves, which the father of the jubilee clung to, the microphone fell (well, the microphone fell), the microphone is intact. But it's not about money, everything could be settled calmly without a scandal. It was possible to approach the father or mother of the jubilee and say this, and not raise a scandal in front of all the guests, everyone's mood was spoiled. A complaint has been written. I will recommend to all my friends not to visit this institution. It's sad, I loved to come here for 8 years, I won't come anymore. P.S. The namesake is in a position, she was very worried about her spoiled holiday. I ask the management of this institution to conduct trainings with the staff on resolving conflicts with guests.
If you don't want your evening to be ruined, avoid this place!
We decided to visit the Baza club in Grodno with the hope of a pleasant evening and a great atmosphere. However, our impression turned out to be far from positive due to the serious incidents that occurred inside the institution. This review is intended to express our dissatisfaction and concern about the way the club ensures the safety of visitors.
Immediately after entering, it became clear that the club "Base" lacks responsibility and control from the management. We encountered a lot of drunk youngsters and aggressive visitors, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. However, the most critical moment was the conflict that broke out when some of the visitors began to demonstrate aggressive behavior towards my wife.
My intervention in the situation in order to protect my spouse led to the fact that I was the victim of an attack. They beat me up and then tried to strangle me. More distressingly, the club's security completely ignored what was happening, without taking any measures to prevent the incident. This raises serious doubts about the competence and professionalism of the staff, who seem more interested in covering up unacceptable behavior than in ensuring the safety of visitors.
I would also like to note that the obvious connection between the scumbags involved in the incident and the security of the club is of great concern. Apparently, the staff prefers to turn a blind eye to problems rather than solve them and ensure the safety of customers.
In conclusion, I strongly recommend that the management of the Baza Club take measures to improve security in the institution, investigate the incident and take appropriate steps against those who endanger the health and well-being of visitors. Otherwise, the reputation of the club will be seriously undermined, and the safety of customers will be at risk.
