I'll write it as it is. We booked four rooms for four days and a conference room for a presentation with a buffet.
We were hoping to get a good discount at least for accommodation. Of course, we didn't expect free accommodation, but we expected a more adequate price. We politely asked, but, alas, we were offered only $15 discount — instead of $175 per room, the price was $160. In fact, it's hard to call it a real discount. Although we even offered to cooperate — to make a presentation with journalists on the background of a banner with hotel logos. It would look like a mutually beneficial partnership. But there was no interest on their part. Well, it's their choice.
Two days before departure, we clarified whether it was possible to leave a day earlier and recalculate the cost for two rooms. That's $320, which is a lot of money. We were confirmed that a recalculation would be possible, and we quietly left. However, at the time of the eviction, the money was not returned — they said that they needed to write to WhatsApp, and the issue would be resolved. Okay As a result, we corresponded for a month, and in the end they refused us.
Now to the point. The plumbing was leaking — we reported it, but no one came to fix it. There hasn't been a single cleaning in three days. The pillows are uncomfortable, and the food leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel, in our opinion, is greatly overrated: for such money and such quality of service, it is not even three stars. The price is like in a Spanish resort, and the service is far from up to par. And that's all in Issyk-Kul.
I am currently staying at the hotel. The service is ugly. There is 2 cm of water on the floor in the pool in the locker room, there is nowhere to put the bag.
In the locker room, after being asked to clean up, a man cleans up! I came out of the sauna and they said to me - wait, man! The water in the pool is such that the bottom is not visible. There are no deck chairs, no staff. We came to dinner, there are no tables. We sat down in the hallway near the toilets. The staff only checks the bracelets, and shrugs when asked where to sit. The food is tasteless, everything is cold. We have to wait until one or the other is replenished. We clarified the possibility of a la carte dinner, but we were told that there was no such option!!! The food is not delicious. Huge chunks of meat mixed with potatoes. We ate French fries with sauce. I got one star for the excellent service from the cleaner on the 2nd floor. The hotel management can't handle the management - reception, restaurant, swimming pool - it's an outrage!!! Price-quality ratio - check-in!
Great! A very beautiful hotel, different types of accommodation - from individual bungalows, then cottages and the main building. Well-maintained territory. Swimming pools, sauna and indoor pool. The beach is urban, but there is also a separate beach on stilts with a playground for hotel customers. From there you can go down to the Issyk-Kul water. There is a beautiful restaurant. Breakfast for 5+!!! I liked everything!
