This high-rise tower is not just a place to view, it is a real bird's-eye view of Astana. We went up to the top in a panoramic elevator. And the cool thing is that we got there at sunset, and the view was just stunning!

As a result, for the full cost of entry, we managed to see only our reflection in the glass. They were upset. During the day, there is probably a view of the city and you can see something.
As it is, the monument is beautiful, but I do not advise you to go up in the evening.

The whole city is in full view. The main thing is to choose good, sunny weather. On weekdays, there are a lot of people closer to lunch, I had to stand in a decent queue to buy a ticket. It is better to choose earlier hours for visiting.

There was a big queue for about two hours and the staff were rude and kicked out if you took pictures for more than 5 seconds, although others stood for several minutes taking pictures!!! Maybe because they don't look like Kazakhs, so I don't know this attitude, they left very dissatisfied and shouted something in the wake...

We visited this landmark with our family! The project and implementation are on top. It's beautiful inside and out. But...as in other tourist sites that we visited, culture and service are lame. It's great that a tent was set up at the entrance for those waiting in line, the sun did not bake their heads, but due to the fact that the routing of tourists is incorrectly built, endless queues at each stage spoil the whole impression.

In the evening it is very picturesque and photogenic. I liked it much more inside at the entrance, there is a small museum, a video with memorable places of Kazakhstan, a souvenir shop. I think it makes sense to go upstairs just for memory's sake, and there is a beautiful view of the presidential palace. I would recommend coming in the late afternoon. To make everything sparkle in the lights around !!!

It was held twice, in June 2013 and in May 2024. Astana has changed beyond recognition, got upset, grew up, acquired all the attributes of magapolis and the capital - crowds of people, tourists and mighty traffic jams.
Baytarek is a little lost in scale, against the modern background of Astana, but it is still interesting and unusual.
At the top of the monument, there is a circular observation deck, right in the golden ball, which adds interest to the object, from here you can take different photos with a panorama of Astana, it is worth going up.
