We ordered furniture on 30.09.23. We promised to bring it in 2 weeks, a maximum of a month. They said that everything would be fast, because the necessary furniture is already ready, the only question is delivery. I called today to clarify when the delivery will be after all. The same girl who placed the order picked up the phone. She said that the factory did not have the necessary raw materials, that it had only recently been delivered. After I said that she told us when placing an order that all the furniture was in stock, davushka began to come up with the idea that another, young, etc. took the order.(I don't understand what difference it makes who takes the order, because the company has a common base!) In general, the order is delayed, no one warned us, and they are lying on the move. They promised that they would bring it within 2 weeks. Today is 25.10. , so the delivery must be made no later than 08.11.23. We are waiting!! I will add a review. We will also write about the quality (if, of course, we wait for the order.)
In general, the impression is not good. It is unpleasant when they do not perform, do not warn about the delay and lie.
