Let's start with positive emotions - The only adequate person in the service: Technical Director Andrey, thank him very much for meeting me halfway and not refusing to issue a car. Well, further down the list: 1. I came to my homeland from Novosibirsk, in a beautiful BMW 7-series car with a diesel engine, on the recommendation of friends / relatives / acquaintances, the choice of refueling fell on "ELF" as a result of 2 and a half tanks and we welcome the fuel pump that shot itself. They got to Bavaria because they can only replace them The fuel pump was replaced, 4 injectors were "put" along the way, because there were chips in the rail that the fuel pump "drove". The attitude towards customers is ugly, it takes half a day to wait for feedback, one does not work today, the second does not know anything about the car. Tips and recommendations are openly laughed at, there is a correspondence with voice messages. What is a diesel engine and what they eat it with, they do not know what chips are, no one knows the reasons why the fuel pump is clamped, the action plan for replacement, what follows and what procedures must be carried out when replacing the fuel pump having those. They don't use literature, they do everything at random. THE RESULT: the car arrived in a tow truck and left in a tow truck.
