**A cozy place with a homely atmosphere!**
I recently went to the Bauyrsak cafe just to have a snack and was pleasantly impressed.
** What you liked:**
✔ **Fragrant fresh bauyrsaks** – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, just like at home
✔ **The hospitable hosts** – greeted us like a family, immediately offered tea
✔ **Cozy interior** – simple but soulful wooden tables, national decorations
✔**Cleanliness** – despite the flow of visitors, everything is in order
**Special Detail:**
• The taste reminded me of my grandmother's bauyrsaki – the same golden crust and lightness
**Advice:**
Be sure to try it with honey and butter – it's incredibly delicious!
**Output:**
A great place to have a quick, delicious and inexpensive snack. I'll be coming in regularly from now on!
**Rating: 5/5 – I recommend it to all lovers of real Kazakh cuisine!**
*P.S. If you're lucky, you can catch the moment when a fresh portion is just being taken out of the cauldron – the arum is amazing!* 🍯🔥
The cuisine was good, everything was delicious, the portions were large, but the service culture was extremely low. Waiters (apparently moonlighting schoolchildren) are absolutely unable to communicate with customers. Sorp was not served to everyone, I had to remind them every time that someone did not have it. If you don't ask, they nod their heads and disappear, hoping that the client will forget. The meat was taken away without permission when they got up to dance. And then they did the same, probably wanting to keep the food for themselves. The waiter girl, at the request to call the administrator, began to communicate with teenage gestures (fingers with a fan, etc.), as if she was going to fight with a woman of the same age (human clients were 3 times older than her). They asked to give a few sachets or a container to pick up the rest for a person who paid 10,000 tenge, but did not come for the evening due to illness, they refused (they always try to help in any restaurant, but here, in a cafe where they work for delivery, there is supposedly nothing). Naturally, such waiters did not want to tip or say thank you.
We had a great corporate party. I would especially like to mention the cuisine and the service. The portions are large and delicious. The guys are great, they serve you quickly. If you compare it with the cluttered new restaurant "new Afson", I gave them a tight three, but here it's a solid five!!
