If you rate it on a 10-point scale, then it's a five. There are no questions for the Thai masters, they know their business. But there are a lot of problems with the service. They do not warn that if you are driving, then you need to call them under the barrier to enter the parking lot, and so look for a place to park nearby... I was on the procedure with oil, they smeared everything from head to toe, as a result, there was nowhere to take a shower. When I asked if it was planned to take a shower after the massage, the answer was: there is no shower in your room, everyone else is busy. This begs the question, could you mark this moment when recording and suggest another time or another room??? Absolutely not customer-oriented! This all spoiled the impression of the relaxation procedure.

Today, the two of us visited the spa at Pionerskaya 32. We were here for the first time, went on a certificate for a Balinese fairy tale for two. The Tone and Mini master girls are very pleasant and friendly :) We worked out the whole body thoroughly, and after the procedure we feel great. Katya, the administrator, worked on the shift .
