Покупал подвесной унитаз с трещиной по акционной стоимости за 50 рублей временно для стройки. При неоднократном звонке и при самовывозе менеджер не сообщила, что к нему должен быть комплект скрытого монтажа. В других магазинах этот же унитаз продается вместе с комплектом для скрытого монтажа. Через пару дней после приобретения, меня культурно отшили, сообщив, что его у них нет. В итоге комплект с трудом нашёл на специализированном сайте за 165 рублей. Вернуть обратно по телефону отказались, как и отказать помощь в поиске комплекта для монтажа.

Хороший Солон, обслуживание на высоте. Особенно хотел выделить специалиста Максима, за труд и выдержку в разных ситуациях. Единственный минус что находится за кольцевой, чтобы не потерять клиентов нужно сделать доставку по городу.

Пробовал заказать шланг к душевой системе.На сайте было написано,что он на шоуруме,т.е. на экспозиции,была цена и возможность доставки,оформил заказ.В итоге товар с экспозиции не доставляется.Тогда зачем выставлять на сайт и писать,что есть доставка?Это не интернет-магазин,а интернет-разводин с неактуальной информацией.
