Overall, a good hotel, friendly staff, green shady area. We took a deluxe room - the furniture is somewhat shabby, but everything works, there is everything you need, you even managed to work, there is a table. Minibar with local rum, beer-water-cola. We did not use Wi-Fi, there was no stable connection, we bought a local SIM card with unlimited Internet access. The breakfasts are ordinary. We left for an excursion at 6 a.m., in the evening we ordered lunch boxes.
I liked the pool, sun beds are always available. Special respect to the bartender in the pool bar!
The food in the lounge bar did not go in, except for the barbecue menu, delicious)
Next to the hotel there is everything within walking distance, 7-eleven, massage parlors, clothes shops, a market, a bunch of cafes. I was very pleased with the cafe just around the corner to the right of the hotel, Thai-Indian cuisine, everything is very tasty, I recommend it!
The beach is a 10-minute walk away, the hotel is on the 2nd line, but it's better to walk further away, to the right, because a stinky river flows next to the hotel, all this happiness flows right into the sea🙈
Bangla Road is also nearby, you can walk for 20 minutes, you can take a tuktuk-150-200 baht.
Do not take rooms in the 5th building, if you want to get enough sleep, the music rumbles until 3 - 4 in the morning!
Cleaning is daily, bed linen and towels are changed. If you leave it for tea, they will clean up better. There are no bathrobes.
There is a fitness club and a spa, a spa for a fee.
In general, the impression of the hotel is good)

Nice hotel,rested 15-26.11.24 deluxe room.The location is normal near Malina Plaza, Dudi is a minute walk away directly.A terrible parking lot for bikes.The staff is responsive, cleaning is optional, you can only move the sign every day. They were vacationing with the children at another hotel. Sometimes they hung out on our balcony until late, my granddaughter spent the night with us several times, swam in our pool, which was not comfortable on the roof.There have always been no problems with a lot of people.in general, the hotel is good, even though we spent the whole day in Phuket, it's still nice to come to a room with a good view in the evening.

Good hotel, good location, 250m to the sea, about 500m to Banglarode, breakfast at the hotel for 3 out of 5 is not the main thing for me. the SETUP OF the SETUP: I did not expect that the 4* hotel would have economy rooms just like they are in 2* - tiny, so the door to the bed rests, without a balcony, a window on the wall with air conditioning, there is no sound insulation, the furniture is a prefabricated hodgepodge of dead The foundation is scary and miserable. The travel agency, to put it mildly, does not focus on this, because if I had found out Something about the number, I would not have taken it... So read carefully and ask the room category if RUN OF HOUSE is 2*.
Well, the rest is FINE.
The hotel itself is still 4*. And the fact that it is old is only a plus: the old landscaping with an uneven pool with different areas and overhanging flowering trees, with huge lush palm trees, a Jacuzzi, sun beds - beauty. Not like the new zac-tech boxes with straight pools, no fuss.
BREAKFASTS, however, are not for 4, but for 3 *, but this is for the sophisticated.
THE STAFF is excellent, when necessary, they mow down what they don't understand, but this is a Thai vibe - sabAi.
THE LOCATION is the 2nd line. Plus, there is a road connecting the 2nd and 1st lines nearby, so it's close to Patong in 15 minutes. MINUS is the southern part of Patong, the water is dirty, BUT you can walk along the beach to the north - and the further there, the cleaner the water right in front of your eyes. On the Northern part, it is straight turquoise and transparent. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CHOOSING A HOTEL, because you won't get enough every time.

Overall, I liked the hotel, stayed for 2 weeks, just returned.
The location is on the 2nd line, 10 minutes walk to the beach, but we went to the northern part of Patong beach, the water there is much cleaner, fish, crabs swim near the stones, cool snorkeling.
We were on the beaches of Three Trang, Karon, Kata. There are the least people on Tri Trang, I left a separate review about this beach. Karon and Kata are very crowded.
I quickly got tired of breakfast at the hotel. The coffee is terrible. There was a great lack of porridge.
Europeans are accommodated in one building, Russians in another, where balconies overlook the courtyard, and the door opens onto the square behind the hotel with bars, where loud music is played until 3 a.m.
The pool is open until 19, but after that you can swim, just turn off the fountains.
The area is covered with palm trees, there is enough shade to lie down in the heat.
There is a massage salon-gazebo on the territory, we only went there, it works from 10 to 22, in the evening after the beach it is very relaxing.
The reception staff speaks English, and you can communicate through an interpreter.
They take a deposit of $ 50 or 1000 baht.
We had a Deluxe room - quite comfortable, sound insulation is good.

We really liked the hotel. It's not new, but the rooms are great, everything works, spacious, pool view. The rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfasts are almost the same, but the choice is good, the location is generally excellent, everything is nearby. The sea is 10 minutes, Big C is 15 minutes, 7 Eleven is 1 minute .
We had a company of 18 people and everyone liked the hotel., there is something to compare it with, this is not the first time in Thailand.

The guide from Anix sat for 2 hours waiting for us, it turns out, and what did we decide?.) There are a lot of us, 8 people, and not in season. In the end, he yelled that they hadn't taken the tour from him. He probably has others for 7 thousand baht. We bought it on the street for 2 days for 4,300...11 islands. But in general, the hotel is not bad. It's probably noisy in the season. The children did not swim after the rain. They spoke coldly. The cleaning was normal. We liked the hotel. We were there from March 9 to March 18, 23rd. No deposit is needed. Cleaning on request, there is a sign near the door of the room. We left 20 baht on the bed, cleaned well. The hotel could use a redecoration. But the main thing for us is clean.
It is difficult to explain at the reception, there is no one who speaks Russian at them. English only, through a translator.
As we understood, Russians are settled in one building, the Chinese in another, not ours.

We stayed at this hotel in two from 10.01.2023 to 24.01.2023
The first impression was spoiled when we were settled in a room with a view from the window to the garbage , we were upset, to put it mildly, for an additional fee of 500 baht ( per day )we were offered a better room, already with a balcony and a bathroom. We started to get indignant and they gave us a discount of 400 baht, and then 300 baht . The next day, the managers changed (to girls )at the reception, everything was safely changed without additional charges to a room with a balcony overlooking the road, but it was not noisy at night! (I'm attaching a photo )
In general, the hotel is very cozy, especially the area by the pool :)
Breakfast is the same every day, but there is plenty to choose from.
The most convenient thing is that there is a 7/11 store next to the hotel, it takes 1 minute to walk!
It's 10 minutes to the sea, the beach is dirty, so don't be afraid to take a bike and go to the neighboring beaches with white sand and clear water!
There is a market near the hotel where you can find food for every taste!
In general, I give the hotel a solid 4! I liked everything 🙌

Very good, beautiful view of the pool, palm trees, fountains. The ground floors lead from the room directly to the pool. The dining room is modest, but tasteful. The usual set, different eggs, buns, porridge, soup, some local food, potatoes, chicken so and so. Fruits: papaya, watermelon, melon, mango, pineapple. A swimming pool with massage fountains, a salon next to it, massage, manicure, pedicure. Cafe-live music, very cozy. Cleaning every day, two bottles of water, towels are clean every day. I was in Goa recently, that's why I'm so surprised, they went there to get a towel themselves :-) The staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling, they don't understand Russian at all. Near the hotel there are various cafes, 7 levels, a pharmacy, an ATM, everything is there. If you leave the hotel and go to the left, and straight all the time, you will come to the Malina Plaza market. There's food, rags, and souvenirs. It's fun and delicious there. Potong Beach, for an amateur, we went once, there are no changing rooms, the toilet is smelly. We went to the islands. There are beaches there!!! And without the Chinese!!! this happens once in 2020 years. I didn't want to leave. A good hotel, I recommend it, a calm, cozy atmosphere.

We stayed at the hotel this year in February, the room was very disappointed when we checked in, it was poorly cleaned, the furniture was old. But the 30 baht left for the cleaners did their job))) The furniture, of course, did not become new, but the room was cleaned to a shine. Good breakfasts, I can't say that the tables were bursting with variety, but there was plenty to choose from and it was delicious.%The hotel's cafe does not have a bad cuisine, it is very tasty to cook rice in pineapple with seafood. I recommend it! Overall, we liked the hotel. There are many cafes near the hotel, after 16:30 there is street food for every taste, purse and mood within walking distance. There's a lot of clothes and jewelry on the bench. Massage parlors to choose from. There is also a massage near the pool, but the price for 30 minutes is the same as for an hour in the next salon! We had a family vacation in November 2019. When ordering, we booked a superior, but upon check-in we were provided with a room that did not even reach the standard. It was a cramped room of a nasty green color with a small window and dumpsters right under the window. But the Thais smiled sweetly and insisted that it was superior.
We refused to check into this room, politely asked to be replaced and for a small surcharge we were put in a delux room. The room is quite spacious, with a balcony and a panoramic window overlooking the mountains and the pool. The room itself is old, but everything was in place and everything was working properly. What is the main thing in a hotel room? In my opinion, the mattress. They were 5+ in our room, they slept great.
The hotel has its own very cozy and beautiful courtyard with a garden and a swimming pool. There are several hydro massage areas in the pool, and there is a children's area. The water is running and cool. There is a small bar with direct access to the pool. There are enough sun loungers, there were always free places.
The breakfasts in the hotels are very decent, quite tasty. There are enough tables, there was no excitement when you didn't know where to sit. You can have breakfast in the restaurant itself, or on the terrace or by the pool.
The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from the sea.
In general, we liked the hotel and I rent one star exclusively for check-in.
