A great location, within walking distance of everything interesting, noisy and delicious. Patong Beach is clean, there are a lot of vacationers. The hotel was pleased with cleanliness, comfort, greenery, attitude towards us, delicious breakfast, cleaning every day, towels, linen - they change every day. Massage, on site by the pool, very high-quality services. We had dinner, too, at the hotel, outside - not very tasty. The staff is polite and friendly. We rested from 11-22.02.24. The Baumanburi Hotel. Phuket. When ordering, we booked a superior, but upon check-in, we were provided with a room that did not even reach the standard. A tiny room with yellow walls with a small window overlooking the neighboring building, literally 4-5 meters away. Without a balcony. On the very first day, we contacted the tour operator's hotline, Biblio-Globus. They contacted the hotel and the next day offered us an identical room with windows facing a busy street and a screaming bar, but we declined such a "tempting" offer. There were gray washed towels, the smell in the toilet, the hood wasn't working, and the bed linen wasn't fresh either. The cleaning is mediocre, they don't really try, there has never been a wet cleaning in 10 days. The hotel was chosen for a long time and carefully, we really liked the area around the pool, but it did not cover our worries. The breakfasts are normal, the staff is polite. Observing the settlement, we noted the fact that tourists are selectively settled in an old or new building, according to some criteria of their own. The furniture is old, everything is painted with ordinary paint. The room has a safe, kettle, old TV, tea set, glasses, refrigerator. They were given water, tea and coffee bags daily. Noise insulation is zero. Our vacation was ruined, and we definitely won't be returning to this hotel again.

Left a good impression, attentive staff:the air conditioner flowed while I was returning from the reception, its repair was already underway in the room. Quiet, more or less tidy cleaning, towels were changed every day, and water was given as much as requested. They did not spare the sweets and chocolates "Alyonka" for the maids. It takes 7-10 minutes to get to the sea slowly, you can eat near the hotel and in the hotel restaurant. Inside, the territory is small, but quiet, the birds are singing, you can safely send your child for a walk. The pool is not closed, at least go shopping. We were also built for breakfast, we get up earlier, we have time to try everything. I would like to go to this hotel again

Very nice hotel in the very center. Very quiet, decent restaurant at the hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day without reminders. Decent breakfasts. Great pool, it's a long way to the sea, but that's not a problem..

Nice hotel. We were in December 2023 for 10 days. Pleasant staff, we had a large beautiful room, overlooking the pool, on the other side a view of the mountains. On the other side of the hotel there is a night bar, it is noisy at night, even through the door you can hear

I liked the hotel, it doesn't stink, the air conditioner is good, there is Parking for cars. We lived in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfasts on solid 4 have a lot to choose from.

We were at this hotel in late February and early March. I really liked the hotel. The rooms are large. The view from the balcony is beautiful, palm trees. The breakfasts were monotonous, of course, but we didn't stay hungry. There are many shops, shops, and a pharmacy at the exit of the hotel. 7/11 is right next to it. In general, I would love to visit this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel from November 1 to November 13, 2023.
I chose the location, and it is very successful.

We rested in this hotel from October 13 to 27, 2022.
Advantages: convenient location (close to the sea and all infrastructure), the hotel is clean, cleaned every day, has its own territory with a swimming pool and everything is of the advantages.
Cons: breakfasts have a very small selection of dishes, no pastries, even 3 * better.
The hotel is very shabby, major repairs are required.
The air conditioner practically does not work, it has just outlived its usefulness.
Due to the fact that the air conditioner is old and it is not cleaned, when you turn it on, it stinks. In another part of the hotel, repairs are being done, so from seven o'clock in the morning, the noise will definitely wake you up.

I stayed at this hotel almost 9 years ago! I really liked it! There is everything nearby: an exchange office , shops and a market . The rooms are clean and tidy. The beach is a 10 - 15 minute walk away!I recommend it!

It's a good place. If you expect to relax by the pool at the hotel, you are not here. Clean, the staff is polite, but there is no entertainment inside. The best option is to rent a bike along the coast! We'll spend the night here and go around the neighborhood again!

The hotel is not bad. But he's old. If you are having a family vacation, it is better to take rooms in the main building with balconies. And I do not recommend rooms in separate two four-storey rooms that are very noisy because of the proximity to the rock bar, loud music and noise until the morning. Room cleaning is three-fold, but linen and towels are changed often. The kitchen is good. The pool is large and small for children.
